I recently received my order of 8 peach drift Groundcover roses in #2 containers (order number [redacted]) just in time for Mother's Day via FedEx around 3 pm CST. Unfortunately, upon opening the 4 boxes, I was disappointed to find the plants had spilled out of their pots and some branches were broken. The boxes lacked handling instructions, and the plants were delivered vertically, with 3 boxes even being upside down. This led to a messy situation I had not encountered before with your company. I have photos of the state in which they arrived and would like to send them to you. If any plants do not survive, I hope they can be replaced at no cost.

I am STEVE GRANGE from [redacted] Vista Heights Dr., Sparks, NV [redacted]. I recently purchased three hydrangeas, but I was disappointed as they arrived small, especially considering two were meant for summer. Unfortunately, after planting them, they started dying within just four days. I was hoping for larger plants upon delivery and now I fear they may not survive. I am struggling to reach out due to your limited availability. I was looking forward to having beautiful plants in my front yard for the summer. I received my order of 2 Tiffany rose bushes (Catalog # 7.53768E+11), and upon opening the box, I found the rose blooms to be extremely dry with one of the branches broken. The potting soil was also very dry, making the plants appear dead or dying. Following the planting instructions, I planted them, but today the bushes show no signs of thriving. I kindly request a replacement for this order as it was a gift for my mother. I have been a satisfied customer in the past and have always appreciated the quality of your products. Best regards, J.
