I'm trying to download some things from Native Instruments, so I clicked on them, they're waiting for me at Native Access, I went there as usual, and it says that it wants to download a new helper tool and it's asking for my user name and password.*I write the last password I know and the user name I think I have, and it just denies everything I type. I think there used to be "forgot password" but now because I seem to type user name&password different than what it expects it looks like there's no way out, and that if I don't know these details I'm locked out for eternity. I went to the website, it DOES recognize me, I changed my password but I don't know if it's the same password that Native Access uses. Anyway I'm still not sure about my user name. Please help :(
