I have applied on line for first account but my passport has expired an I can't renew it because my passport is Irish and Dublin is currently on lock down so busted my local branch with proof address and my birth certificate and their was something wrong with the computer so what shall do now

GetHuman5307586 did not yet indicate what Nationwide should do to make this right.
