Bereavement-I sent completed Bereavement Request documentation for ISA accounts to be closed and funds to be credited to myself, Veronica James as Executor, however I have not received a response. Documentation was submitted on **th May, **** in respect of my deceased parents, Mr Walter John Smith (dob **.**.****) and Mrs Erika Erna Smith dob **.**.****) and Death Certificates provided to your Colchester Branch together with the Will.
GetHuman896186 did not yet indicate what Nationwide should do to make this right.
