I desperately* need* my nest egg money from England. I have a new debit card but cannot remember* my PIN number. Every time I* ring the UK, i get put on hold and have now rung up over ** uk pounds* on unanswered phone calls.*In desperation, i complained directly to the CEO with a detailed letter sent by courier at a further ** pounds.*I was* phoned in the night here*in *Thailand. I have rung the number * times but am cut off.*Now, over * months later, i get an Email *ask*ing* me to join internet banking and have my card reader handy. They then asked me to confirm my* email and mobile phone *by ringing uk again. How* many more times? And why???*They have rung me and emailed me. And what is a card reader. Their general letter explains they send these to card holders. I have never seen or heard of one* before.*So how can I*get my money.?*I have a new debit* card, but i*have no pin number, and* now they are asking me* to ring them again, after not answer*ing* my calls** for over * months.*
