I want you to give me instructions how to get a new PIN number to use here in Thailand where I live. This account in England has not been used for ** years but I desperately now need the money. ... You sent me a new Debit Card in August but I have forgotten my PIN number. I phoned you from here in Thailand and a man promised to send me details in the post. It is now October and still no info. I warned your man that **% of post to here is lost.*I rang again and a woman (Tracy or Naomi) promised to phone me or email me within ** hours. NOTHING.*I rang seven times over the last * days and put on hold and lost over ** pounds in call fees. NOTHING.**Help me please.
I am ** years old, a semi-invalid, living on a small pension. The exchange rates have made it impossible to survive without drawing my reserves from my account. But I cannot access it without a PIN number, which I do not have.
Please, someone tell me how to get a new PIN number.*Almost **% mail to Thailand gets lost or stolen and they refuse to tell me via email what to do.
I have been a customer for well over ** years, but I have been trying to get help for * months and no-one will help me. I get pushed from one department to another. at enormous expenseto my self.
