I bought a pair of prescription eyeglasses from the Vision Center on Spence Ave. in Goldsboro, NC in May, spending over $[redacted]. After going back within 30 days to adjust them and experiencing ongoing vision issues and headaches, I have not worn them since. Despite the glasses being stretched, they still feel tight and do not improve my vision, causing discomfort. I have purchased multiple pairs from this center before without any problems. I am reaching out for assistance now that the initial 30-day period has passed. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

I wanted to share my recent experience with American's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses in Tomball, TX. After having issues getting help from their staff and customer service, I decided to file a complaint with my healthcare provider and send a copy to the company. Here are the details: Healthcare Provider: UnitedHealthcare Appeals & Grievances Department PO Box [redacted] Cypress, CA [redacted] Re: Claim #: [redacted]34 I recently visited America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Tomball, TX for an eye exam which was covered by United Healthcare. I also purchased glasses during the same visit for $[redacted].00. However, the company submitted a claim to United Healthcare for $[redacted].95 without my knowledge, which was denied. I have tried contacting their National Customer Care multiple times without success and suspect this billing issue may not be an isolated incident. I am frustrated by this situation and request a review of America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses billing practices. Thank you. -Richard G.
