I recieved a notification through NSLSC on September *th, telling me my student funding is "on its way". The tuition amount has been deposited to my university, however, it has been almost two weeks and I have NOT received any of the left over amount in my bank account. I have tried calling the number on this website and on the NSLSC's website (even though they are the same) about ** times and every single time I have not been able to get through to an actual person to speak with. I have also tried contacting my financial institution as well as my university financial aid office and they have both told me to call this number except it is in no way helpful. The amount that is supposed to be put into my bank account is not small and I am expected to pay it back after the end of my studies so I would like to receive it in the first place.

GetHuman-walshme did not yet indicate what National Student Loan Service Center should do to make this right.
