RE: Virginia A. Valentine, GF Investment Services Acct. *s GFH-******, GFH-********NFS had my wife's REIT accounts which they transferred to ComputerShare (CS). My wife has passed and CS needs a Medallion signature from the custodian, NFS, in order to custodial transfer her accounts to her estate. CS sent me the papers for the required custodian Medallion. Please provide me with all information necessary for me to forward these papers to NFS for processing. Please provide specific name and address of who I need to send these papers to. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
