Hello -**I am at my wits end as I have spoken to and emailed several National representatives yet my situation has yet to be resolved.**Due to the mistake of an employee at the National Springfield, MO office two of my credit cards were authorized until they declined. I have been able to resolve one of those authorizations through my bank. However, on my Capital One card there remains an authorization of $*** and $***. **After these two authorizations another authorization was attempted for $*** and then $***. Those transactions declined. I was not allowed to rent a car nor have the authorization holds been released from my card. This means, I was unable to get on the road yesterday morning as planned to attend a funeral. Nor have I been able to send flowers because you have my money holding.**I am pleading with you to assist me and release the two authorizations from my card. Please.**Jokima Hiller
