Resetting my internet banking online from oversea. Called on oversea office phone to reset my password, when query on my use of card last a few weeks, I could not give answer due to my privacy among my colleagues so it is hard to reset the password even though I have my cards on hand and finger print entry was successful on my mobile. Cant use my simm card due to the work position I am working .only office phone is available and timing isdifferent from Dubai to Australia too.
