I am trying to receive the confirmation email that they said on the website they are sending me, but haven't received and its been way longer than 'a few minutes'. ... I haven't received an email confirming my order has been placed. And I'm now worrying that it hasn't worked, even though on the website it says 'we have sent you an email confirming your order', baring in mind I placed my order about half an hour ago and I am still waiting for that email. Please help me quick.
This is frustrating because I need to know if my order will be here by tomorrow or not and what time it will be here, so I can be in.
They could solve this by sending the confirmation email for my order, saying that it has been placed. Thank you x
I totally wasn't expecting this to happen since this is usually all worked out, and is easy for customers.
I've refreshed my email plenty of times, and there is still not one nasty gal email there.
