Every month I pay metro $*:** extra for Napster. I've been a customer since ****. Now Napster wants to collect separately because their splitting from Metro. I'm ok with that, except Napster is raising my monthly rate. Next time I pay Metro my phone, I'm cancelling the Napster service for raising my rate. * years of making monthly payments will end do to greediness. Leave the rate, keep the customer. Raise the rate, lose the customer
