Log in to my account so I can purchase a domain. ... I have been trying to sign in to my account for the last two days. After I enter the correct Username and Password, I am directed to another screen telling me to follow the instructions that were sent to my phone. Only they never send the instructions to my phone and I can not access live chat without being signed in.
There is no human help available and the computer monitored Live CHat will not let me in to receive help until the problem is already corrected so I can sign in.
Turning off two-factor authentication so my username and password alone will allow me to access my account and discuss with Live Chat what can be done about the fact that they are not sending the instructions to my phone!!!

They cut me off because I requested several times yesterday.**Attempted to create a new account and password, unable as my email is already in use.**I tried Live Chat for help yet needed to be signed in first.
