Dear Nabisco, I am disappointed in the recent change to the Ritz cracker recipe. For 30 years, we have relied on them for our cheese balls, but lately they seem to fall apart easily, making it difficult to use them with dips. Even though we have always loved Ritz crackers, we may have to find an alternative that holds up better. It's a shame to see a great product altered in a way that affects its quality.

My daughter adores Oreos, she probably is your biggest fan, haha. She requested Oreo socks and other Oreo items for the holidays. We managed to find socks, but they are out of stock, and we are having trouble locating anything else similar. T-shirts, sweatpants, a piggy bank, anything with the Oreo logo would be appreciated. Can anyone suggest where to find more Oreo merchandise? Thank you, Scott B. from Rochester, NY.

I recently purchased a box of Nabisco Saltine Crackers at Kroger in Goodlettsville, TN. However, I noticed that the crackers are incredibly thin and crumble easily. The only identifier on the box is 10MAY21XKS211. I typically prefer Nabisco over other brands but this experience was disappointing. I wanted to bring this issue to your attention because if this problem persists, I may have to consider switching to a different brand of saltines. Thank you, Reba H.

The packaging of Ritz Crackers by Nabisco is incredibly frustrating. The plastic seal enclosing the crackers is extremely rigid and no matter how much pressure you apply, it doesn't open properly. Instead of opening neatly, the plastic often tears randomly, causing the crackers inside to break. I find myself struggling to open the packaging, damaging crackers in the process. It would be great if the engineering team could design a more user-friendly packaging that opens smoothly. Perhaps reducing the adhesive on the plastic seal could make it easier to open without damaging the crackers inside.

The recent Ritz commercial featuring a black and white gay couple heading home for Christmas has upset my family. I believe that politics should not be brought into every aspect of life. When my children ask why two men are kissing, I'm at a loss for an answer. I am disappointed in this advertising direction and have decided not to purchase Nabisco products anymore. Just as you are promoting a different lifestyle, I will look for alternative products. I hope you rethink your approach and create commercials that appeal to all viewers. This commercial was unnecessary in my opinion, and I believe it may impact your sales. Bobby L. Marion, VA [redacted]

I heard my husband shouting about the new commercial on TV last night, around 9 PM on ESPN. It had a guy putting on lipstick, and we're concerned about our 12-year-old grandson being exposed to it. We have no issues with our gay friends but don't want children influenced by such content.

I recently ordered custom Oreos with a family picture, but the ones I received had a blank white space instead. When I contacted customer service, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. I was disappointed by their lack of care for my concern and lack of any resolution offered. Paying $62 for Oreos with a blank top is unacceptable. I've been a loyal Oreo customer for over 50 years, but this experience has led me to make my final purchase from them. Their terrible attitude and lack of assistance have left me extremely dissatisfied.

I recently returned a box of Nilla wafers to my local Costco in Clackamas, Oregon, because they were almost burnt and did not taste good. I bought a replacement box, but upon trying them, I noticed they were not the same Nillas I remember and love. Have there been any changes to the recipe or process? I am disappointed with the quality and will likely not purchase them again. I will also be returning this replacement box.

My love for Oreos knows no bounds. As a kid, I enjoyed them at weekend sleepovers and as a team snack for sports. Nothing beats the combination of Oreos and milk. Unfortunately, my journey with Oreos took a turn when I was diagnosed with celiac disease in college. Despite trying every gluten-free Oreo option available, I couldn't find a suitable replacement due to my sensitivity to oat flour. I was overjoyed when Nabisco announced gluten-free Oreos. However, my excitement turned to disappointment when I learned about the oat flour ingredient. Oats contain wheat fibers, making them gluten-friendly but not completely gluten-free. My family and I have experienced illness from products labeled gluten-free that contained oats, which led to my reluctance to try the new Oreos. I was thrilled at the prospect of enjoying the world's favorite cookie in a gluten-free form, but the oat flour inclusion means I sadly cannot indulge. It's disheartening to miss out on this opportunity, especially after eagerly anticipating it for so long. Sincerely, James C.

My family loves Chips Ahoy Chunky cookies, especially in December. I purchased a packet on December 26th, and the next day, my son experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea after consuming them, which persisted for weeks. Even after trying a different pack, the same issue occurred. Surprisingly, when my son didn't eat the cookies, he was fine. I tested other foods, including chocolate and milk, without any adverse effects. On January 10th, I replaced the cookie with a Kit Kat, and my son was fine. However, on January 11th, after having another cookie, he got sick again. Since January 12th, after removing the cookies from his diet, he hasn't experienced any vomiting or diarrhea.

Hello, I would like to express my gratitude for creating such an excellent product. It truly astounds me how your premium saltines, both the mini and regular sizes, have a far superior taste compared to any other saltine crackers I have ever tried. After taste-testing your premium mini saltines and the regular ones, I can confidently say that they are the absolute best. It baffles me how companies using similar ingredients can't replicate the delicious flavor of your product. For me, your saltines are incredibly important. I suffer from health issues that cause daily nausea, but your premium saltines are the only thing that can alleviate this feeling. Thank you once again for producing such a fantastic product. Have a wonderful day!

I encountered an issue with a product at Walmart. I was looking for Oreo Pie Crust and found them hidden without labels behind chocolate pie crust. The labels on the boxes were not attached properly, as they fell off when I picked them up. It is essential to ensure that the labels are securely glued to the packaging, as customers may not purchase products without proper labeling. I suggest testing a more reliable gluing process to prevent this problem in the future, as it affects the product's visibility and the buyer's ability to identify the manufacturer. Thank you, Selene A.

I have tried various Triscuit crackers over time, and my favorite by far was the Triscuit Rye with Caraway seeds. I even preferred them over the original flavor. When hosting gatherings, these were always a hit alongside other snacks. However, it's disappointing to learn that the Rye with Caraway variety has been discontinued. I noticed that despite being less popular, they would quickly sell out when on sale at stores like Vons and Ralphs. I often had to ask for a raincheck to try and get more. Many others online also seem to agree that the rye flavor was the best. I truly hope Nabisco considers bringing back the Triscuit Rye with Caraway variety. Even though it may not have been their top seller, it was definitely one of the most loved choices. I believe if more customers express their desire for it, Nabisco might bring it back. Thank you for listening.

I rely on Chicken Noodle Soup due to stomach issues and always pair it with Nabisco Premium Saltine Crackers. Lately, the boxes I purchase from Walmart on W. Anderson Lane and Randall's on Mesa Drive in Austin, Texas, [redacted] have been consistently stale. I prefer the smaller packaged boxes, but will settle for the 4-sleeve boxes. Unfortunately, missing receipts make it hard to address this issue. As a senior citizen, it's frustrating and wasteful to continually receive stale crackers. I wonder if buying directly from the factory is an option. No other cracker brand appeals to me. Your guidance on resolving this problem would be appreciated. Thank you. - Susan W. I recently addressed an issue I have with Oreos that were marketed with Lady Gaga's name. What was your marketing strategy, exactly? "From the singer of 'Stupid Love' and Oreo have a cookie." Huh, did I get it right? "Stupid" meaning "annoying or irritating, troublesome." I see. However, I don't think some customers in this area, who are cautious about their spending, saw it that way. This song is targeted at young listeners who enjoy that music genre. This is the third email I've had to send to manufacturers. The first was to a candy company in London that put "DAMN" on their packaging. The next was to a magazine that put "BADASS" on the cover. You have joined their ranks. It seems sarcastic to me—a negative-named woman on sweets adding to the depression and mental health issues of young people. We should not accept this as normal. I am a Christian. If you are one, I am polite and kind. If you are not, and if you are sarcastic, I can handle that too. Why stop at Oreos? How about putting her name on Chips Ahoy and calling them "BITCHAHOYS"? How's that for annoying and irritating? I once worked for a judge who advised me to know what a person stands for before quoting them in politics. How do I want this issue resolved? I believe you should offer unknowing consumers a free Oreo cookie coupon as a gesture. Once more, I suppose I've been kicked out of the British Parliament if I were a member, but not before making my point.

I have been a fan of Nabisco products since I was a child and have enjoyed the variety they offer over the years. However, I believe Nabisco should have focused on their food products rather than getting involved in cultural debates. The recent stance they took by supporting the LGBTQ+ community with rainbow-colored Oreos goes against the Christian values that many American families hold dear. While I respect individuals of all backgrounds and identities, I disagree with promoting beliefs that contradict traditional Christian teachings. As a result, my family has decided to stop purchasing Nabisco products.

I wanted to share an imaginative idea inspired by Wario, combining the distinct purple and yellow colors of Nintendo's character with the beloved Oreo cookies. Picture a unique twist on Oreos named Wario's featuring purple filling and yellow cookies, complete with the character's image on the packaging. This creative fusion could be a hit. If intrigued, kindly reach out via email.

I just want to express my love for Carmel treats in [redacted]. How great would it be to have a Carmel Cookie with a creamy filling like an Oreo or an Oreo with a layer of cream and caramel inside? Imagine combining both into one cookie! Another idea is an Oreo with layers of cream, caramel, and more cream, or just an Oreo dipped in caramel. These could be new options for Nabisco to consider. Have you ever wondered about an Oreo Twinkie or Oreo marshmallows for S'mores? The possibilities are endless! A cracker with creamy marshmallow could make an Oreo S'more when paired with a Hershey bar. There are so many delicious ideas out there waiting to be created. Exciting possibilities, right? Thanks, Rvey D Stringer!

Premium Saltine Crackers - I am reaching out to suggest a potential improvement regarding the packaging of the individual sleeves/stacks of crackers. As a loyal customer who has enjoyed your Premium Saltine Crackers and Soup & Oyster Crackers since childhood, I am 59 years old now and facing some health challenges that affect my ability to open the packaging easily due to lack of finger dexterity. This issue is also prevalent for my 80+ year old Mother who has severe arthritis in her hands and fingers. I wanted to share this feedback with you as you have been a trusted part of my snacking routine, creating fond memories with your consistently fresh and crispy crackers. Thank you for considering this suggestion to make your products more accessible to customers of all ages.

Dear Nabisco, I regret to inform you that due to the decision to close factories in the USA and terminate American employees, I will be discontinuing my purchase of Nabisco products. Growing up, I cherished Oreos and Ritz, in particular, but I am willing to forgo them in solidarity with the workers currently protesting. It is crucial to prioritize a content and well-compensated workforce over solely pursuing profits. Emphasizing a happy and healthy team and customer base should take precedence over financial gain. It is imperative to reconsider your priorities for the betterment of all involved. I urge you to reconsider keeping your US factories operational, offering fair wages to workers, with a maximum of 40 hours per week and ensured vacation time. Thank you, Sue D.
