The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

I just want your company to know what an irresponsible and inconsiderate thing it is for you to send out driver updates without proper support. The last one you sent out caused my graphics to horizontally scroll, super fast* making my computer unusable. I contacted technical support only to find I couldn't talk to a live person for that. I was directed to a website for live chat if I wanted support, due to covid. I was able to get a live person on the phone in the sales department though (imagine that!), but not for technical support. Since I wasn't able to get to the website via my computer, I had to use my phone that I could only type on a virtual keyboard. I am ** and not of the texting generation so this method wasted an hour and ** mins of my time communicating with technical support where they were of no help. The guy couldn't even help me get my computer booted to safe mode. His response was for me to contact my motherboard manufacturer to find out how to do that and then get back to them. I am a disabled person who is home-bound and my computer is literally my life. It's how I get my grocery shopping done, it's how I have a social-life so I don't feel isolated, so not having my computer was not an option. I had to get it working by whatever means. Luckily, my son has a friend who is going to college for computers and he was able to tell me how to boot my computer into safe mode. From there, I had to perform a recovery to default that saved my files, but I lost all my programs and settings, and have spent to last two days restoring things...I'm still working on it.**So I have two suggestions for you:**. Don't put out drivers or any software installs without live support to talk to.**. Label updates, ex. security critical or if its just an update for the latest games (I would only install for the ones I play).**Thank you, *Terri Gabriel*Incident *******-******
