I bought an Alienware system from XOTIC PC on 12.28.15. The system shipped in early February. I chose XOTIC PC because of NVIDIA's Rainbow 6 promotion for purchasing a GEFORCE GTX [redacted] video card through the "BULLETS and BLADES" offer. I was informed that the promotion had ended and NVIDIA was not honoring it. I am reaching out to inquire if NVIDIA will fulfill the promotion and provide me with a game code or another form of compensation.

I recently had an issue with my Nvidia Shield. I had turned it off along with my TV to move them, but when I plugged everything back in, the Shield wouldn't power on. I reached out to customer support, went through some troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. They mentioned they would email me, but I haven't received anything yet. I got the Shield less than six months ago from Best Buy and still have the receipt. It's frustrating because I really enjoy using the Nvidia product when it's working. It's disheartening that it won't turn on just from being unplugged, especially when my Fire Stick works perfectly every time. Seeing that others online have had similar issues makes me concerned. I hope to hear back promptly and regain my initial satisfaction with the Nvidia Shield. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Mr. Huang, During your keynote, I placed an order for the 2080ti GPUs. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with your online store and communication with the fulfillment center. While others on the GeForce forum have received shipping notifications, my shipment has been delayed until the 10th. As a loyal customer for over two decades, having started when nVidia acquired 3DFX, I believe relocating the customer service call center from the Philippines back to California or Texas would better serve customers during new product launches. Speaking with a supervisor named Allen didn't provide me with confidence in the information provided due to their status as a call center contractor. A timely resolution to this situation is essential for customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in your direct-to-customer sales chain, ensuring a smoother purchase experience for loyal customers like myself. Sincerely, - D.F.

I used to record videos without any issues, organizing them in the right folders. Recently, after recording a long video, I couldn't locate it in the expected folder. I even tried recording a short test video, but that didn't save either. I researched solutions and made changes that worsened the problem. Now, when attempting to record, it stops immediately with a message of successful saving, but the video is not in the designated folder. I hope this information assists you in helping me resolve this issue. Thank you, looking forward to your assistance. Have a great day.

I am attempting to set up Nvidia Surround on three monitors using the NVidia Control Panel. I have followed instructions to click "Configure," expecting a Wizard to appear for setup as seen in help videos and websites. I possess a sys_Info file detailing my entire system, including software and drivers. After consulting with a Chat Representative and reinstalling the driver software, my connection was lost due to a reboot post-installation. Despite trying again the next day, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining further assistance for around three days. My setup includes an NVidia GeForce RTX [redacted] with Windows 10 and the latest updates. I have also installed Steam, Battle.net, and Origin platforms along with their games. I am willing to reformat my PC if it facilitates resolving the issue and allows me to use my multi-monitor configuration effectively. Monitor setup: Three LG TV Monitors (1366X768@60Hz) Hardware: NVidia GeForce RTX [redacted] (4095MB), MSI - 890FXA-GD70 (MS-[redacted]), AMD Phenom II X6 1100T, Dual 8Gig G.Skill PC3-[redacted] (800MHz) RAM x2 Software: Windows 10 Pro

Hello, I need some assistance regarding the NVIDIA course titled "Rendered Image Denoising using Autoencoders." I would like to know if, during the course lab using Jupyter Notebook, I am allowed to utilize my own trained network to denoise images. In the course offered at the NVIDIA Institute, can I train the network with my personal data using Jupyter Notebook, or is it required to use the SDK (specifically the Clara Platform or OptiX SDK)? I am facing difficulty in uploading images to the course "server" for testing purposes through Jupyter Notebook. Were the RBG, Albedo, and Normal channels images created manually by me or through some other function within the lab environment? Regarding the image conversion from PNG to a NumPy array, is it managed by the training algorithm itself or do I need to execute specific function commands within the Jupyter Notebook? I am seeking advice on the best approach to receive proper support to grasp the concepts of the course and effectively construct my own denoiser images. I have attempted to seek assistance via the NVIDIA discussion course but have not received any response. Thank you. Best regards.

I recently purchased a Quadro P400 graphics card to connect three displays. While I can achieve 4k resolution on my 26" monitor through the DisplayPort, I am only getting 1080p on my 43" LG 4k monitor using the HDMI port. Despite my expertise as an Atlona dealer, I have encountered an issue where I cannot get the desired resolution on the LG monitor with the card, even after adjusting custom resolution settings. This is unlike the successful 4k output through an Altinex HDMI tester. I am wondering if there are specific settings or adjustments within the Quadro P400 program that can force it to output at [redacted] x [redacted] resolution at 60Hz with 32-bit color depth.

I recently purchased the RTX [redacted] Super for my PC, which includes an i7-8700k core and Z-[redacted] motherboard, along with a good fan. However, I've been experiencing delays of 5-10 minutes when loading games despite updating the drivers. Games like Sea of Thieves, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, and Minecraft are giving me trouble. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

After updating my Nvidia Shield TV today, I've been experiencing an issue where clicking on my owned games just leads to a grey blank screen without any messages. The only way I can exit this screen is by pressing the back button on my Nvidia gamepad. When I try to select a game from the Nvidia game store, pressing play doesn't direct me to Steam; it simply displays a "Can't connect to Nvidia" message. Despite testing my internet connection, the problem persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, M.B.

Hello, I'm Joel and I have a question about the new computer I'm building. I'm not sure who to ask, but I was wondering if using an i5 9600k instead of an i7 9700k in my PC, which includes an RTX [redacted] Super FE, 16 GB of GSkill TridentZ RAM, 2 TB HDD, [redacted] GB SSD Delta, Asus ROG Z390-F motherboard, and a 500w PSU (+80 bronze), would cause a bottleneck. I am considering saving money by purchasing the i5 and using the extra funds for RGB lights. Thank you! -Joel

I purchased a Dell XPS [redacted] with an added NVIDIA 1050ti graphics card already set up and connected. I have my display port cable plugged into the NVIDIA card, which is functioning well. My concern is that I also have an Intel graphics card integrated into the Windows 10 64-bit operating system. Both cards are enabled, but I believe I should be using the motherboard to utilize the Intel card instead of the NVIDIA card. However, I prefer the NVIDIA card. Since the PC came configured this way by Dell, should I disable or uninstall the Intel graphics card, or is it okay to leave both cards enabled as they have been for the past 7 months without any issues?

Hello, my name is Colby. I have been a gamer for years and recently purchased a prebuilt PC with a GTX [redacted] 3GB. I loved playing games on PC; it was beautiful and so much fun. Unfortunately, someone stole my entire computer. I contacted the police, but they couldn't assist me. Two days ago, at 24 years old, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. I am wondering if you could kindly consider sending me a cost-effective graphics card for my new build. I know it may seem silly to ask for a free item, but I am struggling with hospital visits, gas expenses, and basic necessities. I would appreciate hearing back from you regarding my situation. Thank you, NVIDIA, for the fantastic products you provide. In my opinion, you always surpass AMD.

I'm experiencing an issue with a NVIDIA Shield I purchased approximately 9 months ago. It was working well until my PC motherboard failed, leaving me to use the Shield for entertainment. Unfortunately, after a few minutes of use, I heard a popping sound, the screen went black, and now it won't turn on. I had it plugged into a surge protector along with my TV, which is still functioning. I only used the Shield for about 3 to 4 hours total. I've tried different outlets but it remains unresponsive. Do I need to send it in for repair? My warranty should still be valid, as it has not been 9 months since I purchased it. Can someone assist me with this issue?

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with Nier: Automata on Steam. After purchasing the game during a sale, I encountered an issue where the screen turns white and becomes unfixable after 10-15 minutes of gameplay on my 780Ti graphics card. I discovered that this problem stems from the lack of optimization drivers for the [redacted] series GPUs in the game. It's disappointing that such a renowned game is inaccessible to users with older Nvidia cards like mine. I enjoy retro gaming mostly but would love to experience this acclaimed title. I hope a solution can be found for this long-standing problem, as I even warned others in a review not to purchase the game with a [redacted] series GPU due to this issue.

I have owned the Nvidia Shield TV Pro 500GB since [redacted]. In [redacted], after an update, my Shield TV would no longer connect via Ethernet. Despite spending hours researching, I couldn't find a solution. I then purchased the [redacted] Nvidia Shield TV, hoping to fix the issue, but it also does not connect via Ethernet. This problem arose with the release of the [redacted] Shield TV. Now, I can't connect to Ethernet, and my remotes and game controllers sometimes have trouble connecting to the Shield TVs. I occasionally have to use an app on my iPhone to operate the Shield. I have invested over $[redacted] in Nvidia products and $[redacted] in Shield TV products. I urgently need customer service to resolve these issues, especially the Ethernet problem.

After updating my Nvidia driver on a website, I mistakenly deleted the Nvidia folder in C:/. Although I restored it from the recycle bin and rebooted my laptop, the issue persists. The laptop now takes longer to boot up, and the Nvidia graphics card seems to be inactive. While the Nvidia corporation folder and control panel are present, they are ineffective without the graphics card. Despite trying to reinstall the folder from the site, the setup won't run due to "system requirements." I aim to restore the functionality of the Nvidia card. As of now, the Nvidia corporation, control panel folders, and C:/ folder are still intact, yet the setup won't initiate.

Bonjour.

I want to address the recent driver update issue I encountered with your company. The update caused my computer graphics to malfunction, and seeking technical support was challenging because live assistance was unavailable. Despite being able to reach a live person in the sales department, technical support guided me to online chat due to COVID-19 restrictions. As an older user not accustomed to texting, communicating via a virtual keyboard was inconvenient. After a frustrating exchange with technical support, I sought assistance elsewhere to resolve the issue since my computer is essential for tasks like shopping and staying connected. Following a recommendation from a knowledgeable source, I managed to reboot my computer into safe mode and perform a recovery. The process was time-consuming, and I am still restoring my system settings. My recommendations for improvement include providing live support for all updates and categorizing updates clearly to inform users of their significance. Thank you, Terri G. Incident #[redacted]28

My Windows 10 notebook with an Nvidia GeForce GTX [redacted] keeps crashing to a blue screen. The error code mentioning "nvd" and ".dll" flashes too quickly to read fully. Another Nvidia-related API error also pops up occasionally. In the device manager, the GeForce GTX [redacted] displays error 32, forcing me to disable the driver to prevent crashes. The problem started after using the Nvidia-installed "GeForce Experience" app to download the then-latest driver, version "[redacted].14." Now, the app fails to download drivers and only shows repeated "failed" messages. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the latest driver, "[redacted].67," directly from the Nvidia website, the issue persists, leading me to rely on the integrated graphics card instead. I purchased this laptop specifically for the Nvidia graphics card and shouldn't have to deal with these crashes due to an update.

Hello, my name is Kanishk, and I'm experiencing issues with my Nvidia GeForce [redacted] graphics card. Every time I try to install the driver on my PC, I encounter a black screen. I've attempted this more than five times without success. I went to the Nehru Place service center called Kazan, but they were unhelpful, speaking rudely and declining to accept my graphics card despite it being under warranty for two years. They instructed me to email them first for approval before they would take any action. The service center is quite far from my home, and they've been delaying the resolution for more than two times. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.
