I returned the car at the Westin Hotel Los Angeles on May *th, they charged me for an extra day even though I asked multiple time and even emailed before the trip if I could return the car later. At the front desk the lady specifically told me I had till **pm to return the car. I returned the car and put the keys in the drop box at around *:**pm on May *th. Ive been trying to get in contact with them now several time in the past few days and each time I call they do not answer the phone. Plus I still have not received my deposit back. I’ve tried email customer service as well again and NO RESPONSE!
GetHuman6046231 did not yet indicate what NU Car Rentals should do to make this right.
