This location where I was going to pick up the car overbook by the time a was picking up my car at *:**pm there where no cars available which cost me to spend and extra amount $***.** by making a new car reservation at Avis Car Rental a the last minute to make it to my final destination. I was traveling with * elderly's handicap wish cause a lot of distress and confusion all because your location at the MCO international airport sold out all the cars available living me with out honoring my car reservation.
