I had a disappointing experience with the staff when I requested to cancel my docomo registration. Not only was I required to pay more than originally stated during my appointment, but the staff member was also impolite. Despite my request for clarification in English, the staff member mentioned my lack of understanding of Japanese. When I attempted to use a translation tool, I was met with further hostility and demands to comply without assistance. The unexpected increase in the payment amount was another additional issue that I encountered.

Hello everyone! I wanted to share my experience while working in the U.S. diplomatic service. Currently in Russia for work, I ran into some phone trouble.
