Help with my NTT DoCoMo issue

NTT DoCoMo's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-annalyst a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-annalyst's own words
I asked them for a clear explanation ... The staff were so rude when I asked her to close my docomo registration. I also need to pay more money than I was informed before I went for my appointment to stop my registration. When I asked the staff , she said that I don't understand Japanese that's why I don't understand. I asked her to ask someone who speaks English to explain to me but she yelled at me "****!" Without even tried to find a solution. When I tried to use google translate she yelled at me and knock on the desk and ORDERED me to listen to her. *I also found that pay * times more than what I had informed to is a problem!
Staff yelled at me and said that they couldn't explain in English while actually Docomo provide such a translator service.
Clear explanation in English about WHY THEY DIDN'T INFORM ME ABOUT THE ACTUAL PRICE! IT IS HARD FOR ME TO PAY * TIMES MORE! I also asked for a the rude staff to ask for being rude to me!
In * years been registered as their user , I used their service always and trusted their service. Especially docomo was known to be friendly to a foreign customer
