Made appt for smart meter to be fitted * weeks ago..no one turned up..made another one for today just had message it’s cancelled again spoke on the phone toldthat appts shouldn’t be booked until **days after a cancellation utter rubbish ..the next one is ** dec that will be * days of taking unpaid leave because of your inefficiency..why are trying to get people to have a smart meter if you refuse to fit them
