The issue is that I have never filed for unemployment as I have been retired for over 10 years. I am unsure of how this discrepancy occurred and would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter. I want to ensure I am not in any trouble with unemployment. I recently received a letter from e-jusication requesting paperwork for my PUA claim. However, the link provided is not working, and I have been struggling to reach them online for over a year. They are now threatening to request a refund if I don't submit the paperwork by 4/27. I have been trying to update my address and phone number without success, as the website does not accept my password or allow me to reset it. Even the contact form rejects my correct birthday, and I am unable to access my dashboard or change my password. This ongoing issue has caused me considerable stress, especially since I am in need of the correct payment amount. I have been attempting to contact them for a long time with no luck and am now at risk of losing my unemployment benefits.

I exhausted my unemployment benefits over 5 months ago. I applied for a new claim, but it keeps redirecting me to an 11-week extension without allowing me to certify. Despite working for over 40 years and contributing to the unemployment system, I am unable to receive assistance. Every time I call, I am told to speak to a specialist, but they claim there is no specialist available. Welfare services are also unable to assist due to the pending unemployment issue. I have tried contacting a lawyer, but have not received a callback yet. Despite multiple attempts in the past few days and contacting the provided assistance numbers, I continue to receive a message stating that due to high call volumes, they are unable to answer the call. Even calling right when they open yields the same unhelpful message. It's frustrating. The New Jersey Department of Labor prioritizes both safeguarding unemployment benefits and identifying claimants accurately. Regrettably, the information provided in my application is insufficient for identity authentication. To remedy this, they suggest reaching out for assistance in completing the application by calling [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Assistance in translation is available. I appreciate their dedication to maintaining the security of New Jersey workers' information.

When I initially applied for unemployment, I was denied despite being eligible. After a review of my case several months later, they confirmed my eligibility. This coincided with the period when the $[redacted] FEMA benefit was distributed. An agent informed me that I am owed retroactive payments plus the $[redacted], and sent me a link via email. However, I have not received the email after waiting for 7 months. Upon following up, they acknowledged the oversight and instructed me to wait another 4 weeks. I called back after 6 weeks only to discover that the agent had not forwarded the request to the necessary department. They assured me it would be done, but it will take an additional 8 weeks. I am reaching back to last June, almost a year, where I was told to wait each month for a call that never came. Today, at 9:15 AM, I missed a call due to family issues, as I need to care for my ill father 24/7. Please advise on how I can finally receive my money. This all resulted from selecting the wrong answer to a question a year ago. It's distressing. I am falling behind on rent, cellphone, and electricity bills, with rent totaling over $14,[redacted]. Since August [redacted], I have been locked out of my account. I made my initial claim back then but only recently connected with an agent to reset my account, including security questions. Upon finally logging in, I discovered a balance that I was unable to claim due to being locked out. When I attempted to claim it on the scheduled day, I was informed it had expired, even though I never accessed it. Consequently, I now have funds I cannot retrieve and lack a claimant ID as the claim expired. I also require a PIN reset for weekly certification. I seek guidance on accessing the remaining balance and resetting my PIN. If reopening the claim is necessary, can the funds be transferred over to a new claim?

I lost my job on 12/23/20 while pregnant, and after receiving unemployment and disability benefits, I was supposed to return to work on 2/26/21. I completed a questionnaire on 3/7/21 but have not heard back yet. After being told I was disqualified without a reason, I tried to claim my benefits again but was unable to. I have been facing issues with unemployment fraud hold in NJ for several months. They requested my identification, which I sent to a third party, but I haven't received any updates since then. I need assistance in reopening my unemployment claim related to covid. I was employed full-time from 11/24/[redacted] to 2/3/[redacted] but lost my job due to covid. Despite numerous attempts, it took a long time to reach a representative who informed me they submitted an escalation form on my behalf. I was told I would receive contact within 4-6 weeks for verification and to submit my last pay stub. It has now been 9 weeks without any communication. I applied for unemployment on 03/15/[redacted] and received benefits without any issues. My claim was automatically renewed on 10/25/[redacted], and I received confirmation via mail. However, for the past three to four weeks, I have been unable to certify for benefits due to an error message stating "Your claim cannot be processed" without further explanation. Hello, Since mid-January [redacted], every week I've been experiencing an issue certifying for my NJ unemployment benefits. An error message stating "Your certification cannot be processed" keeps appearing, despite contacting NJDOL multiple times. They insist it's not a technical problem on my end, and the issue has been "escalated" for 3 months. It's frustrating to see this happening nationwide, with delays in payments seemingly intentional. During April [redacted], I started receiving unemployment benefits due to the Covid situation. However, the $[redacted] I was supposed to receive got redirected to child support services. They only received $[redacted] for one case and $[redacted] for the other, leaving me with less than $[redacted].
