I filed a claim at the end of April **** due to COVID** and hours being cut at my out patient procedure area. Not every week my hours were cut, but some weeks my hours hit **% reduction. I have yet to receive any notification about the first benefit i certified for. Last Saturday (May **, ****) I went to certify for my benefits knowing I would not receive them due to working a full week, but my claim was closed faster than ever. I am curious if I will ever see payment for the first week applied for and how do I certify for other weeks that my hours have been reduced? Every phone number I call will not let me wait on line to speak to a representative, which is understandable, but I have no other way of figuring this issue out without someone who can look into my account.
