Good afternoon,** I have reached out several times to no avail. I have been on furlough since ****** with only a confirmation * received after applying. I have received no further communication as to whether or not my claim has been approved or denied.** When I try to check my claim status I am met with a message saying there is no claim and to file a new one. When I try to file a new claim it says there is an existing claim. ** When I attempt to certify for benefits it says I have returned to work which is not the case. I am unable to purchase groceries for my children or pay any of my bills as I have no money coming in at this time.** I generally do very well for myself when working regularly. This has become extremely impossible to manage with no money and having depleted my savings. **I have no idea how we are going to continue to manage without any income coming in.
