I have filed for unemploment on March **th and that status has remined the same.I started filing on the **rd of March. I was out of work since March **th due to the COVID-**. I was advised by a medical provider to self quarantine (I am a high risk for the virus and I have a history of asthma) also I am the primary caregiver for children whom are unable to attend school due to its closure from the virus. I appeal and it says filed with all zeros. What can I do about this?
