Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.

I placed an order for a Men's Washington Redskins New Era Trapper Hat. Order ****-****-**** on November **, ****. I signed up for Shoprunner and was told free * day shipping. The item has yet to arrive. It's been one week. I don't know if it's on Fedex or on your end. At this point, I'd rather do a refund and pay more on Amazon. At least I'd get my item on time with Amazon.

Turns out that some items have what was described as a "Special Shipping Day". It's not indicated on the site, but certain items will ship out on "special days". Usually * business weeks or so after. It's not indicated on NFL Shop's site, but some items fall into that category.
