I have HIGHLY upset with your website. On August * I ordered a jersey from your website. Due to my coupon not being correctly taken off of my charge, they had to cancel my order. I was then told I would be refunded and NEVER WAS. I was charged TWICE, and only received ONE Jersey like I ordered. I demand my money back, and I will NEVER do service with your company again. I have called four times, and gotten different information EVERY time. I was told they put out an informational email to find out “where the refund went”. I am ******** and I want my money back. It was $***.** for a Marcus Mariota Jersey. I want my refund that I was over charged for. I was told it would be in by the **th or august. I then did not receive it so I called again, and then she told me they would do research on it and I will receive my money within * weeks. This was * weeks ago. I ordered directly from YOUR website with your coupon code.
