Hello, I am reaching out about an issue with tickets and merchandise purchased before my husband, Tony Sarabdeep Ahluwalia, passed away. Despite being charged on his credit card, we have not received the tickets or Raider Gear at our address in Vancouver. I, Satnam Ahluwalia, am his wife, executor of his will, and the next of kin. I can provide his death certificate or will for verification. Please get in touch promptly to address this matter. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you, Satnam Ahluwalia

I am Dr. Robert Soule Jr., a retired Emergency Medicine Specialist and former USMC Force Recon Sargent. I dedicated time and resources to create the perfect Tailgating machine for Houston Texans games. However, I am deeply troubled by the NFL's actions, which I perceive as disrespectful to my country, flag, and anthem. I have decided to boycott NFL games until this policy changes. To ensure my family also stands against this behavior, I will launch a campaign urging them to do the same. I strongly believe that the NFL should not allow any disrespect towards US veterans, our flag, or our anthem. If you wish to discuss this matter, you can reach out to me. Sincerely, Dr. Robert Soule Jr.

I recently saw Colts coach Frank Reich kneeling during the national anthem. I am disappointed that you are endorsing the Black Lives Matter movement. I served in the US Army for two years, and I feel betrayed by the NFL's support of this cause. I have decided to stop watching NFL football, as have my family members and neighbors. The booing during the KC-Houston game reflects the frustration of many white fans like me. Instead of kneeling, I believe the black players should actively engage with their communities, including meeting with local authorities and leaders. I believe they are taking the easy way out by protesting at work instead of using their personal time for these discussions. This behavior only perpetuates stereotypes. The billionaire owners who allow this to continue are also to blame. I am deeply disappointed in the NFL and everyone associated with it.

Subject: Assistance Needed to Reinstate NFL Game Pass for Mr. Cook Hello, I am Jerry Bradford reaching out on behalf of my friend Jack Cook. We are both American expats living in the Philippines. Jack, who is in his 80s, has been a loyal Game Pass customer for over a decade. However, since upgrading his operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10, he encountered issues accessing his account. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this via email, his Game Pass remains inactive. To assist Jack, he suggested I use my credit card to create a new account for him. However, I believe his existing account should be reinstated correctly. Unfortunately, my calls to various support numbers have gone unanswered. I am sharing this transaction number from Jack's recent payment: IAT International PayPal [redacted][redacted], dated August 18th, [redacted], for $[redacted].00. Kindly reinstate Mr. Cook's Game Pass at your earliest convenience. For any necessary online steps, please contact Mr. Cook at his new email [redacted] and also copy me at [redacted] for assistance. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. Best regards, Jerry Bradford US: [redacted] WhatsApp: +63-[redacted] Email: [redacted] Skype: kidnitro

Dear NFL, I am writing to you with a suggestion to enhance the entertainment value of your games. I propose the installation of large video screens at stadium heights, connecting them online to allow fans to appear virtually during games. This would create a vibrant atmosphere in the stadium and revolutionize the viewing experience. I believe this innovation could greatly benefit your organization and engage fans worldwide. Please consider this idea for implementation, and if deemed plausible, I kindly request recognition or compensation for my contribution. I assure you that I have not shared this proposal with any other organization. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to any feedback you may have. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Raul J. Dominican Citizen

I was thinking about the game scheduled for tomorrow and had an idea worth considering. What if all NFL stadiums were opened for fans to watch the game on giant screens? This way, fans could enjoy the usual pre-game tailgating experience and pay to watch the game from the stands while buying beer and having a good time. Given the current pandemic situation limiting travel, it could be a perfect opportunity to test this out. I believe fans would appreciate the option to attend games without worrying too much about travel or seating arrangements. This concept could potentially bring in more revenue for the league overall. Just a thought for the future, pandemic or not.

I recently learned about the NFL's decision to include a Black National Anthem this year. As an American, I believe our differences in color should not matter. What should unite us is our shared pride in being American. The current national anthem is not about being White, but about being American. I have been a loyal fan of the Chicago Bears since [redacted], when I first watched an NFL game on a Black-and-White television. If the reports are accurate, I am deeply disappointed. The NFL should be a symbol of unity that transcends race, creed, color, ethnicity, and gender. If this change occurs, as a 72-year-old, I will no longer watch your games. It would be a step too far, giving in to a minority that does not value our common American identity. It is a disheartening move that bows to division rather than unity.

I have been a fan for decades. Recent decisions by the NFL to allow the open disrespect of our flag really disappointed me. I basically stopped watching except for just my team. Now you have decided to further disrespect our nation even more by playing an "anthem" not approved by the citizens, but rather a group of radicals. I look on any team and see that the players are the best, they fought hard for their positions and race does not have a bearing. Do you not understand your fans are not radical that live on Twitter? They are a majority of hard-working patriots that love our nation. You seem to prefer to support BLM, a known Marxist organization, rather than your fan base. Keep politics out of sports. I will not participate in an organization spewing such un-American lies. Until the NFL changes, I will no longer participate or watch any games.

I was recently renewed for NFL Game Pass and charged for the whole season without my consent. I am looking to cancel my subscription and receive a refund, but I am unable to find the proper steps on either the Game Pass or NFL websites. I have tried following instructions from online sources with no success. The cancellation option on the My Account page on NFL.com redirects me to the main website without any information on how to cancel my subscription.

I recently renewed my subscription to NFL Game Pass Domestic, but I am only able to access the international site, which is asking me to repay for access. I'm unsure how to log into the domestic site or how to obtain a refund if that is not an option. I am unsure how to resolve this issue and assumed customer service would be able to assist. I would like to know how to watch replays on Game Pass, or I would like a full refund as I am not receiving the service I paid for. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this problem.

I am requesting a refund for a Game Pass subscription that was purchased without my authorization. I do not have the username used for this purchase. Despite sending an email to cancel on September 2nd, my account was still charged $99 on September 3rd. The email address associated with this account is [redacted] Please review your records under the name Martin Peters or possibly Paxton. I kindly ask for a refund as soon as possible as I have other expenses to cover.

I purchased the NFL app on my Roku to watch preseason games, but now, despite being logged in, I can't access any games. The app keeps prompting me to buy another season and lacks the option to cancel within my account settings, only offering to buy another season or restore purchases, which fails when attempted. I've been a user for four years, and every year it seems to deteriorate. I bought the app on August 3, [redacted], for $[redacted]. It's frustrating that support is unreachable, and emails go unanswered.

I keep receiving a message stating "It appears you are accessing from a territory not covered by game pass international" when trying to log into Game Pass initially. Despite a few successful logins followed by seeing three replay options, once I select a viewing method, I'm redirected back to the initial message about the territory error. When I attempt to view the game from the US option, it requires me to log in again before I can access the desired game, yet not all viewing options are available like before. The changes to the website from last year seem to have impacted the user experience negatively in my opinion. Can someone explain what's happening?

I have a suggestion for the NFL administration that could enhance the image of both the league and the Raiders in the aftermath of Coach Gruden's resignation. What if the Raiders were to reinstate Gruden with a new role focused on rebuilding trust by creating videos to be aired on television? In these videos, he could discuss what he has learned, offer a form of apology, and emphasize the importance of building trust with Raider players regardless of race, sexual orientation, or gender. This action could potentially improve the reputation of the NFL, the Raiders, and Gruden himself, indirectly addressing issues of bias through the lens of trust-building. I believe this approach could be beneficial for all parties involved. Herbert W. Washington DC

I purchased the NFL Game Pass in August [redacted]. I downloaded the app but couldn't watch any games since I only have Xfinity Essentials, which doesn't support live broadcasts online. Despite my efforts to contact Game Pass for help over the past few weeks, I haven't received any assistance or a refund of my $99. I'm a 73-year-old on a fixed income and can't afford to lose this money. I'm hopeful someone can assist me in getting a refund since I have not been able to watch a single game. Thank you for your understanding and support. Sincerely, Jerome ("Jerry") Lukas.

Dear Concerned Parties, I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding a late stat correction that has impacted my fantasy football team. The correction in question involves the blocked field goal by Bills' A.J. Epenesa during the game against the Dolphins. Despite watching the game live and reviewing subsequent highlights, there appears to be a lack of clear evidence supporting the change from a missed field goal to a blocked kick. This alteration resulted in a significant shift in scoring that has affected my standings in the fantasy league. I am troubled by the lack of transparency surrounding the authority responsible for initiating such corrections and the potential implications it has on the integrity of the game. The fact that this correction was made post-game, without conclusive evidence or acknowledgment from official NFL sources, raises doubts about the reliability of statistics provided by entities like the Elias Group. As a devoted football fan who finds solace and enjoyment in fantasy football, I am disheartened by this turn of events and seek further clarification on the matter. Your assistance in shedding light on the process behind these stat corrections would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Paul

Four months ago, I signed up for NFL Game Pass and paid $90, but I haven't been able to watch any games due to my limited internet service with Xfinity Essentials. Despite multiple attempts to contact NFL/Game Pass through their website, I haven't received any help. The online chat service feels like talking to a wall, and I'm frustrated that I can't reach them via phone or email. As a 73-year-old surviving on Social Security, this subscription was a big treat for me, but I haven't been able to enjoy a single game. Can you please assist me in connecting with a live person at NFL for help? Thank you for your past assistance, and your consideration is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Jerry Lukas.

Dear Buccaneers, I am DyeRhonda, writing with my husband Rudolph Garrett. Our family home in Thonotosassa, FL, is facing foreclosure with an auction set for December 3, [redacted], due to difficulties with Mr. Cooper, the lender. My husband, a retired TPD officer, served for 21 years before health issues forced him to stop. I have dedicated 36 years to the medical field and even cared for some players' wives during pregnancy at an OB/GYN office. Your support in saving our home would mean the world to us. Blessings to you all. Sincerely, DyeRhonda Garrett. Please redirect this message to the appropriate contact. Thank you.

I recently signed up for the free trial and when I tried to load the app on my TV, it asked for my username and password. I used to have a subscription to NFL Game Pass with a different username, which is now pre-filled and cannot be changed. This is preventing me from accessing the live game that I signed up to watch. Please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this issue promptly. My old username [redacted] is no longer valid; my current username is [redacted]
