I have encountered an issue with my NFL.com Fantasy Football league. Today, I tried to make a waiver claim to add a team defense by dropping my TE. However, instead of the intended transaction, the system processed dropping my flex WR, which was not my intention. Strangely, the league settings show that I exceeded the weekly limit of (3) transactions, so the system should have prevented this move altogether. I kindly ask for Digital support to reverse this transaction promptly. League details: League ID: [redacted] League Name: SEMPER FI League Team Name: The Bro-verine Transaction details: Nov 3 @ 8:40 PM - Added New Orleans Defense, Dropped Golden Tate The error has impacted my roster and the ability to compete in my matchup. I believe this issue needs urgent attention before Monday Night Football. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

I participate in an NFL.com fantasy league with the league ID #[redacted]. During a recent match between Ricks Rough Riders and Infinite Blumpkins, I noticed a discrepancy in the scoring system. We typically award 1 point for sacks, 2 points for fumbles recovered, and deduct 4 points once 35+ points are scored. In this case, Ricks Rough Riders have the Patriots defense, and based on my calculations, they should have earned a total of 1 point so far in the game. However, they were awarded 4 points instead, and I'm unsure why there seems to be this discrepancy. Can anyone clarify how Ricks Rough Riders ended up with 4 points rather than the 1 point I calculated?

Hello, I need assistance. I am currently unable to watch any NFL games on my NFL Game Pass account. I have been a subscriber since the beginning of the last preseason and have enjoyed watching all the Buffalo Bills games. However, I encountered an issue last Sunday where I couldn't access the game. I paid $[redacted] for the package and I'm unsure why I am having trouble now. Please check my subscription status and ensure that I am still active without the need for an additional payment. I am frustrated that I cannot speak to someone directly to resolve this matter as I am not confident with technical matters. I simply want to watch the games stress-free. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service Representative, I am writing to request the cancellation of my subscription to NFL Game Pass. Despite the advertisement promising live game broadcasts, I have noticed a significant delay of at least 30 seconds between the plays I watch on my laptop and those my friend sees on his DirectTV. This delay was evident when we compared seeing touchdowns almost a minute earlier on his TV. I kindly ask to have my subscription canceled and to receive a refund for the service. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Minh

My son subscribed me to NFL Game Pass without fully understanding the terms. He thought I could watch games through the app, but unfortunately, this is not the case. I realized I can only watch local games, which is not beneficial for me as I live in Kentucky and want to watch Seattle and Green Bay games. The free trial is ending soon, and I have been charged $50 or more for content I can access for free. I attempted to cancel following the instructions but couldn't find the necessary options. I am seeking a cancellation and refund.

I am appalled at the thought of honoring a man who has committed such heinous acts. The fact that he only stopped because he was caught, not out of remorse, is truly disturbing. It is unacceptable to glorify someone with such a dark past. I will be refraining from supporting any company associated with this decision. Accountability is key in situations like this. Best, Julie W.

On December 8, I attempted to sign up for a 7-day Free Trial of NFL Game Pass. However, I was already charged on my credit card and did not receive the Free Trial. My username is flanker27. I'm having trouble canceling as the instructions do not seem to work. I am unable to contact Game Pass through their website as I don't receive any confirmation that my messages are sent. I tried calling the NFL phone number from Australia, but the call cannot be connected. I'm confused about whether I have 14 days or only 3 to cancel, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Charles H.

I've noticed that the NFL.com website doesn't work properly on Android smartphones. When I go to the Scores section, I have trouble selecting a game score because every time I try to scroll down, it takes me back to where I first touched the screen. It's frustrating and almost impossible to navigate to a game further down the list. Also, it's disappointing that there are no contact numbers provided for technical support. It seems odd that a sport as big as the NFL can't offer phone support for such issues. It feels unprofessional, and it makes me wonder if they should consider outsourcing the website to improve its functionality.

Due to the lack of alternative contact methods, I am resorting to email. I find it disappointing that all the Saturday 12/21/19 games are exclusively on your network rather than more widely available channels. This restricts millions of NFL fans from watching, as they may not have NFL Network, which costs around $20/month. It seems like a disservice to your fans and possibly a strategy to boost network subscriptions. Thank you, Chris

I am disappointed that the Saturday games were only available on the NFL network. Not everyone can afford the sports package upgrade. It would have been nice to have at least 1 or 2 games on a regular channel. Those without the NFL network have supported the NFL's growth to its current success. I hope this decision is reconsidered for future games. Go Redskins and NFL for life!

Hello, this is Stan Z. from Miami, Florida. I signed up for a 7-day free trial to watch NFL Network games but only had access to game recaps, not live games. The customer service representative advised me to purchase NFL Sunday Ticket to watch live games. I canceled my free trial, bought the Sunday Ticket with my Discover card for $65.63, but encountered issues accessing live games due to my provider, Atlantic Broadband. Atlantic Broadband's restrictions led to me canceling the Sunday Ticket subscription and being charged the $65.63. I am disappointed as a football fan and disabled individual. Please contact me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted]. Unfortunately, I won't be able to watch the games until the next season. Thank you and Happy Holidays to the team at NFL GetHuman. Best, Stanley Z.

My boyfriend searched for ways to watch the Texan's game since we don't have cable on Saturday, December 21. We tried Gameday pass, but realized we couldn't watch the game live, so we canceled the subscription. However, I just discovered a $54 charge for a gamepass plus subscription in my account this morning. I can't afford to spend $54 on something I didn't even use. I submitted a refund request online, but I keep receiving the same automated denial response. While I understand the terms and conditions, they also mention the possibility of exceptions and changes to the agreement. Is there any chance I could receive a refund, even if it's partial?

I was really disappointed by the halftime show performance during the NFL game. The inappropriate crotch rubbing and pole dancing were not suitable for my kids to watch. I love the NFL, but today I am ashamed of the show. It's sad that adults in the NFL approved such a performance. The same singers and show could have been great without the unnecessary filth. We shouldn't just follow polls but instead consider if our families found the show appropriate. Chuck Schuetz.

I am really disappointed with the inappropriate performances during halftime. My grandkids were watching and we had to quickly change the channel. It's important to have family-friendly entertainment, not something that exposes children to adult content. Many people share the same sentiment about it. There should be some decency standards in place for these shows. Even celebrities like J Lo had their kids watching the performance. It would have been helpful to have a warning before such explicit content is shown.

Hello, My name is Kevin Lawler. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam involving purchasing NFL products from Chinese websites. After discovering that the items were counterfeit, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I reached out to the NFL to seek confirmation that the websites I ordered from are indeed selling unlicensed products. The sites in question are wholesalejerseysonline.ru, Jerseysnewstyle.com, and Bestjerseysdeals.com. Despite my attempts to return the items, the sellers refused to cover the international shipping fees. I want to ensure that others don't fall into the same trap. I have also informed PayPal not to support these websites. Any assistance from the NFL in confirming the legitimacy of these products would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kevin Lawler

A friend from Baltimore recently shared a video of Rapaport passionately discussing President Trump and his family. Rapaport's extreme negativity and behavior come off as erratic and filled with hatred. I cannot continue to support a show that features such a hostile individual. I believe football should be a reprieve from the challenges of the week, not a platform for agenda-driven hate, regardless of political views. Regrettably, I will no longer be a dedicated viewer of the NFL network, and my friend shares the same sentiment. I plan to share the Rapaport videos with other football enthusiasts. Hopefully, the current climate of animosity will diminish on all fronts. -Greg

Dear NFL, I have been a dedicated fan for over 50 years, but I am thoroughly disappointed with recent events. If you choose to play the "Black National Anthem" followed by the American National Anthem and encounter protests, I will be canceling my NFL Channel subscription. I have supported your channel since its launch but will now refrain from watching any NFL games. Additionally, I will actively avoid purchasing products from any sponsor associated with the NFL. I urge you to remember that sports should not serve as a platform for political agendas. There is only one National Anthem in the United States that unites us as a nation. While I understand if you opt not to play the Anthem, if played, it should be respected. As a veteran, I believe in honoring the Anthem, and I find it inappropriate for athletes to express political views while on the job. Let them engage in activism on their own time. Addressing racial issues is important, but involving the NFL in political matters risks alienating fans. The decision to take a stance on political topics may lead to a loss of support and revenue. Sports should foster unity rather than division among fans. As an entertainment entity, the NFL should focus on providing a positive experience for all viewers. In conclusion, my support for football is based on skill and not race. Many fans share this sentiment, and we do not appreciate the imposition of political beliefs in the sport. Farewell, NFL. It was enjoyable while it lasted. Respectfully, JS

Dear Mr. Goodell, I have been an NFL fan since [redacted]. Due to relocating for work, my team loyalty changed a few times over the years. I started as an Eagles fan, became a Broncos fan in Denver, and now support the Texans and Broncos while in Houston. However, I am disappointed in how the NFL has handled player protests during the national anthem. As the child of a veteran who fought for our freedom, I find it disrespectful to see players kneel during the anthem. I believe the NFL missed an opportunity to address these concerns appropriately when the protests began. Adding a separate anthem for Black Americans feels divisive to me. As someone who advocates for equality, I am dismayed by this decision. As a result of these actions, I have chosen to no longer support the NFL. I urge you to reconsider these choices for the sake of unity in our country. Sincerely, Dr. Pat Obulaney

I, along with my family, friends, and neighbors, have chosen not to watch any NFL games this year due to the league's support of the Marxist BLM organization, which I believe is causing harm to our country. This decision saddens me greatly as a lifelong Packer fan and lover of football. I feel disappointed that the NFL has embraced what I perceive as lies about BLM and turned away from honoring the hardworking police officers who risk their lives every day. I am disheartened by the influence of millionaire athletes and Hollywood elites who try to dictate what I should think. Rather than glorifying criminals, I believe it is more important to appreciate the sacrifices made by law enforcement. I urge you to consider the truth behind BLM and reflect on the impact of your support for this group. I leave you with a verse from the Bible for reflection, 2 Timothy 2:23-26 N.L.T. Let us learn from the NBA's missteps and avoid similar consequences. As a former football fan, I hope for a return to honoring values that unite us rather than divide us. Sincerely, K.N.
