I am growing increasingly concerned and frustrated with my recent order and its shipment process. I placed an order for a jersey on May 25th, [redacted]. Initially, there was an offer for free shipping, but during checkout, I only saw options for expedited shipping and a $5.00 shipping choice. Despite entering the free shipping code, the total amount did not reflect the correct adjustment, which left me perplexed as my $99.00 order showed as $[redacted].99. Moving forward, I proceeded with the purchase as I was eager to receive my item. Unfortunately, I never received an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number. After reaching out via live chat, I finally obtained the tracking number, but my order status on the NFL Shop website still displays as "processing." Today is June 4th, ten days post-purchase, and my order has not arrived yet. I find it frustrating to have paid for shipping that was originally promoted as free on the website. My order has been in my city all day, initially set for delivery today but postponed to tomorrow. This delay is highly disappointing, especially when I paid for what was supposed to be a complimentary 5-business day shipping service.

I was informed three weeks ago that my order was scheduled to arrive on Thursday, June 21. I have been monitoring the shipment for three days, and by Friday, June 22, it had only left a distribution center in the middle of the country. Although it reached St. Paul last night, the tracker now indicates another week of delay. This delay is unacceptable! I am eager for someone to get in touch with me. Last night, I was placed on hold with NFL Shop for nearly 20 minutes before hanging up. I urgently need to be informed about the new estimated arrival date. It is already frustrating that the order was delayed from the initial three-week timeline, and now I am faced with not having the item for a party today! Unless I receive a meaningful update via voicemail or email, I will escalate this matter by contacting the Attorney General's office, Department of Commerce, and Better Business Bureau promptly on Monday morning.

Good morning NFL Chairman, I am following up on my previous message regarding the NFL and the kneeling issue. I propose starting a program called STOP, which would stand for "Stand Together Overcome Prejudice." Unity is essential for a team to succeed, and the NFL needs to come together to address this issue. I suggest all players stand united with a fist over their heart to symbolize unity and strength against prejudice. I'm still waiting for my full refund. In my 55 years of being an NFL fan, I've never spent this much on any product. Your offer of $25 was going to be used happily for another jersey. It's [redacted], right? I have yet to receive the first part of my split order that was shipped on 9/16 at 6:55 AM from Las Vegas to Bend, Oregon. FedEx has sent it all over the Pacific Northwest only to hand it off to USPS. If it had been given directly to USPS, I would already have it, despite it being sent through snail mail. The second part of my order isn't expected until 9/29, which is two NFL Sundays from the original order date. I will make sure to return this just as slowly. I recently received a Steelers sweatshirt, order # [redacted]-[redacted], for my daughter, but unfortunately, it is too small and has a strange smell. Upon closer inspection, the sweatshirt appears old and dingy, not what I expected when ordering a new one. I tried to process a return but was unable to due to the number and "Brown" labeled on the back. I would appreciate a full refund as the item is not as described and does not fit. This experience has left me dissatisfied as I had to return two Cleveland Browns sweatshirts previously due to sizing issues. I hope these matters can be resolved promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

I purchased an Arizona Cardinals Kurt Warner jersey online on November 5th, [redacted], and unfortunately, I encountered some issues with my order. The jersey was delivered on November 15th, one day later than stated during the purchase. However, my disappointment arose when I realized that I had received a 5XL size instead of the adult large that I ordered. Even though my order details confirm I selected a large size, the jersey does not match it. I reached out to NFL Shop, and they have provided guidance on returning the incorrect jersey, getting a replacement, and refunding the return shipping costs. Despite their assistance, I am frustrated by the additional wait time of two weeks for the correct jersey, especially after the initial delay in delivery. I am disappointed that I won't be receiving anything extra from NFL Shop despite the inconvenience. Thank you.

I carefully selected two items as gifts for my child. One was priced at $6.99 and the other at $20.99, both on sale. As they totaled over $25, I expected free shipping. While trying to pay through Paypal and resolving a login issue, the prices changed as it passed midnight. I contacted customer service, but received unhelpful responses. I insist on purchasing the items at the originally offered prices; otherwise, I will not be dealing with the company further. It is unfair to alter the prices in my cart while I am in the process of payment, causing frustration and wasting my time. - Robert W

Being from Indianapolis, I am a collector and was excited about this purchase. However, I have not received the jersey yet. This is the second time I am facing delivery issues with my product. I opted for 3-day shipping on 8/27, hoping to receive it by 8/31. However, it's now 9/5, and the package hasn't arrived. The first jersey I ordered over a month ago was returned due to the wrong address, resulting in a lengthy refund process. The replacement jersey, different from the original, is also delayed. I paid extra for quick shipping as it's meant to be a wedding gift for my fiancé before our trip to Dallas on Friday. The NFL Shop claimed a delivery date of 9/3, but the repeated mix-ups are frustrating and unacceptable.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my disappointment in how my return/exchange request is being handled and to seek a more understanding and fair solution. I purchased an Antonio Brown 84 Raiders Jersey worth over $[redacted] on 7/16 with a ship date of 7/25. However, following his unexpected departure from the team before the season started, the jersey became obsolete to me as a passionate fan. I tried to arrange a refund on your website and through customer service, eventually speaking to a supervisor who approved my return/exchange request. I was instructed to expect return labels via email within 2-3 days to send the jersey back for a credit to my card within 7-10 days of the return. However, after several days passed since the approval, I contacted customer service only to be informed that my request was now denied. This inconsistency in responses is unacceptable to me. How is it that the New England player does not even receive a single game suspension for the head hit and concussion he caused to Buffalo's QB, resulting in him missing the game and potentially impacting the outcome? Meanwhile, the Raider linebacker gets ejected from the game (which was justified) and suspended for the season (unfair) for a hit on a tight end who was not even injured. Once again, the NFL seems to favor the Patriots, disregarding fair play for teams like the Raiders and Buffalo. The tuck rule incident and now this latest decision show bias towards certain teams. The NFL needs to ensure fairness for all teams regardless of their popularity. Frustrated Giants supporter.

During checkout, I was offered a 20% discount if approved for a Barclays Visa card. After instant approval, the website failed to transfer my new account number to my order, timing out. I contacted Barclays, and they are overnighting my new card. I worry that my merchandise may not be available in my size by tomorrow. Despite reaching out to customer service, I did not receive assistance. I requested the 20% discount due to the FL shop website error, but it was denied.

I recently received a gift card from NFL Shop as a present. When I tried to use it for a purchase, I was informed it wasn't activated. Despite contacting customer service, the issue remains unresolved as they mentioned it was inactive. A promise was made to have an IT representative reach out within 24 hours, but I never received a call. With Christmas approaching, the delay is causing me stress as I urgently need the item. I have been a loyal customer for years and not being able to resolve this quickly is disappointing. I hope to get assistance soon.

I purchased a Men's (small) Salute to the Service Vikings Hoody for my 12-year-old grandson on November 14th, but it turned out to be too small. This morning, I was unable to reach your customer service due to high demand. Since there were only a few hoodies left on your website, I went ahead and ordered a medium size to ensure I could get one for him. I am requesting a refund for the first hoody as it was purchased on sale. The purchase order for the initial purchase is #[redacted]-[redacted], and for the medium hoody I ordered today, it is #[redacted]-[redacted]. I called back, enduring 50 minutes on hold, before surrendering. The problem lies with a personalized NFL jersey order that arrived with the incorrect team logo; it should have been the New England Patriots'. I was given a custom sweatshirt for Christmas and unfortunately, it is much too small despite being labeled as a size larger than I usually wear. I am disappointed by the incorrect sizing and lack of tags on the item. As a result, I am now stuck with an expensive item that does not fit. I am seeking a full refund for the product. -Toni R.

I ordered two hoodies to be delivered in South Africa. Despite measuring the sizes carefully, I encountered an issue with the sizing as there was only one size chart available during the Black Friday purchase, and now there are four different size charts to choose from. Unfortunately, both hoodies turned out to be much too small. To add to my disappointment, they arrived six days late, missing the chance to be Christmas presents. I was also informed on your chat site that no import tax would be necessary, but today I had to pay the price of one hoodie to receive it. Since the hoodies were sent separately, I will now have to pay double the import tax. I am incredibly frustrated by this experience.

I purchased 2 NFL hoodies during the Black Friday sale for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, they arrived 6 days late. The first one arrived today, and I had to pay an unexpected import tax despite being told otherwise on the online chat with [redacted] or +27 79 [redacted]. Additionally, the hoodies were sent separately, resulting in double import tax. When I ordered, there were specific size charts for Men, Women, Tall, and Big sizes, but now the website shows different charts for jerseys and hoodies. This led to me receiving sizes S and M instead of the desired L and XL. I am requesting a refund for one parcel's import tax, correct sizes for the hoodies, shipping covered, and assistance with returning the incorrect sizes, although the correct sizes are currently unavailable in stock.

On December 6, I placed two orders over the phone for Denver Broncos jackets on the Internet. Shortly after, I realized I made an error and called the NFL shop to cancel both orders within two hours. Although they informed me about my refund amount, they did not specify that I would be charged $23.98 for expedited shipping on each order, which I did not select as I saw the option for free shipping. I am requesting a refund for the expedited shipping charges on both orders. Despite canceling, one of the jackets arrived on December 17, which was 11 days post-cancellation, and the other arrived within a week of cancellation.

Order number [redacted]-[redacted] indicates that four items were supposedly delivered on 12/01/20 at 9:57 am. However, I have not received these items. During that time, someone is always home as my husband and I leave for work together at 1 pm every day, checking the front porch before departing. The only item I am currently waiting for is the Colts tree skirt. The items I have not received include the Steelers shirt, face mask, Colts tree topper, and calendar. Although I have not encountered any issues with my orders in the past, I am disappointed. How can I provide evidence that these items were not received? Please get in touch with me promptly.
