I was sent out a new sim card to get a new number. I called in to activate it and they put in a request ticket and told me it will be ** hours. After ** hours my phone still says no service. They advised me to wait ** hours again. This happened on Thursday and it is now SUNDAY!! My phone is still saying NO SERVICE! Customer service have been no help at all. I need my phone fixed immediately. Not another ** hours because whatever they are doing, it's not helping it!
GetHuman-truehill did not yet indicate what NET 10 should do to make this right.
