I have recently switched cell providers and will no longer be a customer of Net**. Please cancel my auto billing and could I please get a refund on this month's charges, I'd settle for half since the month is half over give or take. If you have to pro-rate it I understand. I just don't think it's fair if you keep all the money when I'm no longer a customer and not even using the minutes or data anymore. You understand.
GetHuman-cdhstarz did not yet indicate what NET 10 should do to make this right.
