I wanted to share my thoughts on the recent changes at Jeopardy. As a long-time fan at 76 years old, I miss Alex but appreciate Ken Jennings' efforts to honor him. However, the introduction of Savannah as a host has been disappointing. The potential hosts listed seem to steer the show away from its classy feel. I hope a suitable replacement for Alex is found, as Ken Jennings has proven capable. Otherwise, I may have to say goodbye to Jeopardy.

Issue with Peacock Streaming I recently upgraded to Peacock Premium to watch shows like Debris and Resident Alien. With the basic version, I could only access the first three episodes of each show. The Peacock website promises that Premium provides access to full seasons and next-day airings. However, even after upgrading, I am still unable to watch the full season of Resident Alien. Last night, I could only see episodes 1 to 3 when Episode #9 was already available. I signed in with my Peacock Premium Account, but the content is not as advertised. I am frustrated with this inconsistency and feel misled by Peacock's promises. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you, Steven J.

I am experiencing an issue with my Peacock Premium plan. According to the plan details on my account page, I should be able to watch full seasons of exclusive original series and next-day airings of current TV shows by upgrading to Premium. However, after upgrading to Peacock Premium specifically to watch shows like "Resident Alien" and "Debris," I have found that only a limited number of episodes are available. This does not align with the promised benefits of the Premium plan. I am disappointed and seeking clarification on whether the service will honor the stated policies. - SJS

Dear Sir or Madam, I have a question regarding the upcoming Wrestlemania event this weekend. As WWE has teamed up with Peacock, I recently subscribed to the Peacock premium app to watch the pay-per-view (PPV) event through my cable service provider. My concern is whether Peacock is aware of my cable provider or if I need to link it separately through the NBC app for the payment process and access to the event. I am unsure if the WWE network has already shared my information with Peacock during my sign-up. Any assistance in clarifying the process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Regards, Mrs. S.

I am seeking to contact the publicity team for CHICAGO FIRE on NBC. I reside in a small village in NSW and we are looking to host the "Country Rocks Festival" in [redacted], hoping to have Taylor Kinney attend to support our Rural Fire Service fundraising efforts. I am actively involved in the event planning, but face challenges reaching out due to differing zip codes and VPN usage. Accessing local newspapers and other sources is difficult for me due to my Australian data-linked Pay Pall account. The show is gaining popularity in our region, and Taylor Kinney's fan base is growing rapidly, suggesting potential for merchandise sales and increased event attendance. I am eager to connect with the right person, despite not fitting the typical profile to reach out to a professional publicist. Assistance with contact information would be greatly appreciated, especially given the time zone differences that complicate phone calls. Thank you. Chris E. from JUGIONG, NSW, AUSTRALIA. [redacted]

I was charged for the Peacock app Premium plan for the second month in a row after canceling my subscription following the 7-day trial. I attempted to contact them via email but faced delays in their response. Eventually, I was instructed to switch to the free subscription to avoid further charges, which I did before uninstalling the app. However, to my dismay, I was unexpectedly billed for another month of premium service. This put a strain on my finances as the payment was taken from a different account I needed for my children's transportation. I have been unsuccessful in reaching them to resolve this ongoing issue. Upon investigating, I discovered they had switched me back to the premium plan without my consent and billed another debit card on file without authorization. I am seeking a refund for the last two months and compensation for the inconvenience caused. The situation has been frustrating, and I insist on a prompt resolution to prevent any further unauthorized charges.

I have encountered a frustrating situation with PEACOCK due to false advertising and what feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The process for canceling my account seems unnecessarily complex, almost like a case of criminal fraud. I have documented evidence in the form of screenshots to support my claim. The back-and-forth emails have been incredibly time-consuming and unproductive. I am considering taking more drastic measures such as canceling my PayPal account and closing my bank account to prevent any further charges.

Hi, I'm Colin from Germany, 28 years old. I remember a TV Special on VHS featuring Garth Brooks from [redacted]. The concert occurred on June 12, [redacted], at Texas Stadium. I recently purchased the "Garth Brooks the Entertainer" box set. I was disappointed to find the interviews missing. I believe a German TV broadcaster had the rights to air the show, as we had a VHS recording. I'm eager to obtain a copy with the interviews for sentimental reasons and to share with my mom. If you have access to this version or information on the broadcaster that aired it between [redacted] to [redacted], I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm willing to pay for it. Thank you for your assistance. - Colin

I initiated a free trial on March 23, [redacted]. The next day, I attempted to cancel because the service did not meet my expectations. Despite following the provided instructions, I could not find a clear way to terminate the subscription. It is now June 14, [redacted], and I am still struggling to cancel. Surprisingly, I discovered today that there is no option to cancel via the phone. I have had better experiences with other apps where canceling was straightforward. This unpleasant situation has made me wary of free trials in the future. I am willing to forfeit the $6 already charged for the current month, which I did not intend to continue, if a helpful representative from the company can assist with canceling the subscription.

Dear Peacock Team, I would like to request that you consider bringing Manifest to your platform for Season 4-6. Since the show's introduction to a new, younger audience, it has garnered a larger following, as evidenced by its consistent top placement on Netflix's trending shows. Given the show's popularity, moving it to a streaming service like Peacock could be a successful decision for those involved. While the initial hope was for Netflix to pick it up, having Manifest as a Peacock exclusive could also be an interesting option. Even though I am not currently a Peacock subscriber, the opportunity to watch new episodes of the show on your platform would certainly motivate me to subscribe. I may not be familiar with the intricacies of the television industry, but I hold out hope that there is a chance to save this exceptional series. Despite reports of expired cast contracts, it seems likely that the majority, if not all, would be on board for a renewal based on their reactions to the cancellation. On behalf of myself and countless other devoted Manifest fans, I urge you to explore any possibilities to save the show. Its high quality storytelling deserves to have a proper conclusion, and it would be a loss not to see its story fully unfold. Please consider #SaveManifest. Warm regards, C.H.

I have noticed multiple missing episodes throughout various series on the WWE channel of the Peacock Streaming Service. It's frustrating to start a binge-watch only to discover missing episodes. Even when episodes are added back, they seem to disappear shortly after. It's discouraging and makes it hard to enjoy the service. I would prefer the episodes to remain available consistently. Please consider leaving everything up and only editing if complaints arise. This experience is making it difficult for me, and I may have to reconsider continuing the service if this issue persists.

We have decided to stop watching New Amsterdam. Initially, we enjoyed the show, but we've grown weary of the social justice, gender issues, and political correctness lectures. We prefer our entertainment free from these topics. Our TV time is meant for unwinding, not for Hollywood's political opinions. We have removed New Amsterdam from our viewing schedule and will continue to do the same for other shows that follow this trend. While we like watching TV, it's not essential, and we won't support programming that veers into such discussions. We'd rather see entertaining drama and comedy on our screens, not lectures from soapboxes.

I would like to request a complete cancellation of my account in order to create a new one on the 1st of August. I wish to use the same credit card information but change my billing date to the 1st instead of the 27th. Currently, I am experiencing issues with my Peacock TV subscription switching between premium and free due to the billing date. Since I cannot change the payment date or cancel through the website, I altered the email associated with my account but still need to update the credit card details. If it is possible for someone to modify the payment date to the 1st on my existing account, I would appreciate it; if not, I understand the account will need to be completely canceled. I plan to sign up again on the 1st using my original email and payment method. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I wanted to share my thoughts on the Olympics coverage. I've noticed that NBC has been interrupting and skipping parts of the games, like the USA women's volleyball matches. It's frustrating not being able to watch the entire game. There are also concerns about the accuracy of the commentators' remarks. They make factual errors and sometimes provide irrelevant information. After the Simone Biles situation, you would expect NBC to ensure their commentators are more accurate and informative. It would be beneficial if they focused on the play-by-play instead of irrelevant topics. I appreciate how Univ of Hawaii at Manoa handles their play-by-play commentary, providing relevant insights without overshadowing the match.

I recently purchased a premium monthly membership to Peacock to watch the Olympics. I expected to pay for the service, download the app, and enjoy the Olympic coverage before canceling. However, NBC's content was limited to clips and short live streams, which was frustrating. Despite initially finding good coverage on nbcolympics.com, that loophole was quickly closed. The experience with Peacock and NBC was not what I anticipated. I believe NBC should offer different viewing options at various price points to cater to different viewers. The current process involves too many steps and lacks transparency. I would have been willing to pay more for a better viewing experience. NBC's service fell short of my expectations, and I feel my time was wasted. I would like a refund for the Peacock subscription based on the unsatisfactory service provided.

I am disappointed about losing access to "Modern Family" on E network after cancelling my Peacock subscription due to financial challenges. I enjoyed the free shows on Peacock, but now I can only watch one season of "Modern Family" without paying. It's disheartening not to have all episodes available for free when other shows like "Chrisley Knows Best" are. I understand the need for ads and would appreciate being able to watch "Modern Family" from season 1 to season 11 without a subscription. During these tough times with COVID-19, it would mean a lot to have access to a beloved show without the financial burden. I hope Peacock can reconsider and make "Modern Family" accessible for viewers like me. Thank you for your time and understanding. Sincerely, Melissa P.

I recently downloaded the Peacock app and created an account. When attempting to watch free content, I repeatedly encounter an error message stating I do not comply with US roaming rules. Interestingly, I can stream using my cellular data but encounter issues when connected to my home WiFi. I reside in North Carolina and have attempted various troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue to no avail. I have even reviewed Peacock's help guide and other resources for a solution. Despite receiving internet via microwave technology through a satellite dish on a radio tower, similar to using Netflix and the NBC app without any streaming problems, I cannot overcome this error message. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I wanted to explore the content before considering upgrading to a paid subscription.

I need to share my current situation, possibly due to a scam. I want to share my experience to assist other older single women, grandmothers, and kind individuals. I am involved in a legal restraining order case with a tenant and a child. We have a court appointment at San Bernardino County Superior Court in Barstow on October 26th at 1 pm. I am representing myself without any support, being a divorced single woman living alone. I tried to help what I thought were abused individuals, but it led to chaos in my home. I strongly believe that there are others like me who need awareness to avoid scams. The tenant has left my home, giving me some peace, although she continues to make untrue accusations. - Rachel M S. I am grateful to New Amsterdam for addressing important issues, especially through Iggy's role as a mental health counselor. However, I was disheartened by the show's portrayal of memory as arbitrary, disregarding the reliability of traumatic memories. The depiction of a legal case without proper investigation undermines the realities of supporting victims. While I understand that the show is not a legal drama, omitting investigative processes erodes truth and feeds into harmful stereotypes about trauma survivors. New Amsterdam should acknowledge the impact of its narrative choices and strive to promote belief, support, and proper treatment for survivors. Iggy's character could benefit from a storyline showing the consequences of his actions, perhaps through experiencing EMDR therapy. It's crucial for the show to rectify these misrepresentations and avoid perpetuating misconceptions that hinder survivor support and belief.
