One of the biggest mistakes I've made is purchasing an item from Myntra. I ordered "The Desi Dulhan-Women Green Solid Mojaris," but received the wrong size. When I try to return it, they claim the serial number doesn't match and it's a different product. I've been dealing with this issue for days with no resolution. Delivery drivers have come multiple times, some refusing to take the item back. At times, they take the product but then return, stating it's not exact. Whenever I contact customer service, they often disconnect the call or claim they've approved the return. I eagerly await the day the product is returned, and I receive my refund. Dealing with Myntra and this product has become a headache for me. -S.

I placed an order for a shirt and a dress on September 13, [redacted], with payment made through Paytm using Order Number IN[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong phone number during checkout. Even though the delivery man tried to help by delivering the parcel, I couldn't receive it due to the incorrect phone number. After attempting to rectify the issue, the delivery had to be returned twice because of the OTP verification problem. To resolve this, kindly send the OTP to my correct phone number at [redacted] or my email address. If this is not possible, a refund for the order would be appreciated. Hi, I would like to bring to your attention the order ID # [redacted] [redacted][redacted]. I recently purchased an XL size t-shirt from Kook and Keech, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too loose. Consequently, I promptly requested a return and the delivery person collected the item. To my dismay, Myntra has informed me that the product did not pass the quality check. Hence, they are sending it back to me with a mark near the neck zip. This is unacceptable as I paid for an item that is now returned to me in an unacceptable condition. There should be better handling guidelines in place to prevent such issues. I urge for the return process to be reinitiated for this product.

I recently purchased a perfume from MYNTRA which unfortunately turned out to be non-returnable. I am very disappointed with the product as it triggers my sinus problems due to its strong scent, causing headaches. Previously, I encountered a similar situation with a purchase from Amazon; however, their customer service was understanding and provided a refund. This experience has made me regret switching to MYNTRA from Amazon and Flipkart. Unlike the service I received from Amazon and Flipkart, MYNTRA's customer support only reiterates the product's non-return policy without addressing my concerns. I am extremely dissatisfied with MYNTRA's response and if my issue remains unresolved, I will avoid shopping with them in the future. I urge the customer care team at MYNTRA to reach out to me promptly to resolve this matter.

Regarding my order on Myntra, I placed it on October 4th and made the payment online. The expected delivery was on October 14th. However, on October 9th, I received a message stating that my order had been delivered, which left me puzzled as I hadn't received it. I reached out to Myntra's customer care, and an executive mentioned that the issue would be resolved by October 18th, although the product should have been delivered by the 14th. On October 15th, I received another message stating the order was delivered, but I still didn't have it. I was asked to wait until the 18th for a resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response from the team. When I called customer care again, I was informed their system was down. The lack of a proper escalation process has been frustrating. I have been a long-time customer of Myntra, but this experience has been disappointing. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly as I await a response from the team.

I ordered 13 sarees from Myntra, but only received 12 sarees. The website shows that all items have been delivered, but the 12 items I received were different from what I ordered. I tried to reach out to a supervisor at Myntra, but their response was unhelpful and their attitude was poor. Attempts to contact customer care were unsuccessful. I need to know how to get a refund for the missing saree. The lack of proper response from Myntra is disappointing. The delivery was made on October 22nd, and I am reporting this issue on the same day. I demand a full refund for the missing item. This problem needs to be resolved promptly.

Hello, I recently bought an Anouk Kurta Set from MYNTRA with order ID [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the kurta set was too large, so I requested an exchange. MYNTRA assured that they would deliver the new size and collect the old one during the exchange. Upon delivery, the delivery person pointed out a shade difference, although MYNTRA mentions on their website that there may be variations in the actual product's shade compared to the photos. I reached out to MYNTRA's customer service regarding this with ticket number IN[redacted][redacted]. However, after several days, MYNTRA declined the exchange, claiming they had provided the correct product and could not accept a return. The item has all the original tags, and it has not been washed or dry cleaned, yet MYNTRA refuses to facilitate the exchange. This situation has disappointed me during Diwali celebrations. Hello, I am Bidisha, a dedicated Myntra customer. I have been using Myntra's services for many years. Recently, I encountered a significant issue with my orders. I purchased an Antheaa top, eagerly awaited its delivery, but faced delays beyond the expected delivery date. Despite tracking indicating the item reached the local delivery station and was out for delivery, it never arrived, which surprised me as this had not happened with Myntra before. I need to reschedule the pickup for my order 'Women Navy Blue & Beige Ethnic Motif Foil Print A-Line Kurta - Small Size' because the seller did not include the price tag or company tag on the dress. A previous return of the same dress in a different size was successful even without these tags. Hello, I placed an order via your app, but I am unsatisfied with the delivery date. I ordered on October 29th, and the delivery date is showing as November 22nd, nearly a month for delivery. Order ID # [redacted] [redacted][redacted] I am eager to receive my order before Diwali. I made this purchase based on the promised delivery date of November 1st, as I needed it for the occasion. However, the delay notification now states it will arrive on November 8th, after Diwali. I urgently need the item before November 3rd. I am writing to report an issue with the Levi's wallet I purchased from @myntra. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the parcel was empty, with the wallet missing from the sealed brown packet. The metal box containing the wallet was also damaged as it lacked proper protective wrapping, leading to its condition upon arrival. I have not received the products I ordered, despite the status showing as delivered. I have contacted customer care several times, but they insist the products were delivered according to their logistics department. However, the delivery man admitted to not delivering to my address. I paid online for a Fila shoulder bag costing [redacted] and a set of 4 bracelets costing [redacted]. I was provided with issue number IN[redacted][redacted], which they claim is resolved, but I have not received my refund or products. I requested to speak with a senior representative but have not received a callback in 10 days. My main concern is getting a refund promptly.

I purchased 6 Kalini sarees, but I received only a photo frame instead of the sarees. I tried to return the item, but encountered an issue as the system expected all 6 sarees to be returned when I only received one incorrect item. I handed the item over to the pickup person, who mentioned that there might be difficulties with the return. After a call in the evening, they were unable to return the item. I contacted the customer service helpline, and was informed that my issue was escalated internally with an update promised within 3 days. Dear Myntra, I recently purchased a Kurta for Rs. [redacted] online, but unfortunately, the item delivered to me was the wrong size (XXL instead of 5XL) and the wrong color. I received my order from Myntra, and it looks nothing like what was shown in the picture online. I attempted to contact Myntra's customer service, but I faced challenges getting a response. When I tried to return the item, they refused because they claimed it was different from what was advertised. Despite numerous attempts, returning the product has been extremely difficult. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Even visiting the Myntra office didn't help as they advised me to contact customer service, which has been unresponsive. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

Hello, I recently purchased a Highlander jacket, but unfortunately, it arrived defective. When I attempted to return it, my request was rejected. Now the jacket is being shipped back to me. I purchased a product from Myntra and returned it on the 3rd. However, I mistakenly entered one digit incorrect in my account number for the refund. Even though I provided the correct name, IFSC code, and branch name, Myntra informed me that a refund of Rs [redacted] has been initiated. I have not received the refund yet. I am confused about how the payment can be processed with an incorrect account number. I have contacted Myntra multiple times, but no one is assisting me. I purchased several dresses from Myntra. On the app, it showed that the delivery attempt failed and I am unable to intervene.
