Dear sir* Madam**I ordered one Tommy Hilfiger watch TH*******Watch costing **** on **th july and my bank acconu debited the same amount.But in the same day i cancelled the same.But refund not received.I had waited for twi weeks and contacted myntra.They told refund initiated and send me one bank refenumber.the number is ************.*According to myntra's instruction i launched a complaint on banks portal and i had waited for two months.At last the banks replay is that " AS PER THE ACQUIRINGBANK THE TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL AND BANK CANT REFUND".*I have launched a detailed complaint on myntra portal explaing these stories.*And the reference number is IN*********************Again they asked me to wait and told me they will come with an update on **th october.*But on **th october they send a message and informed that the issue got resolved.I dont known what they are meant.**It is pathetic that such a large firm takes this much time to respond to customers problems.*It is approximately * months since i am patiently waiting.*Myntra is not valuing its customers. I never expected tgis kind worst customer service from myntra.**I called on phone. Mailed too.**Sorry to say..but this kind of bad service cant tolerate.**Sincerely **Mayadevi R
