I returned the Panash bangle on July 16th, and it was picked up by the delivery boy on July 18th. However, it has been two months, and I have not yet received my refund for the item. I have sent emails and tried to call but have not received any response. I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer court if the issue is not resolved promptly. This lack of communication and delay in refund is disappointing, especially as a regular customer. I request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt refund.

I recently ordered a kurta from your app and sent it for alterations on August 29th. The app shows that the kurta has been altered and delivered, but I have not received it. I am finding Myntra's customer service to be unsatisfactory as they are not addressing the issue promptly. I have been trying to contact Myntra for over 10 days now. I would appreciate it if you could either deliver my kurta promptly or refund my money.

I purchased Tommy Hilfiger perfume, but even though the Myntra app said it was delivered, I never received it. I tried contacting Myntra through the app's call request feature multiple times without success. Finally, after four days, I was able to speak to someone, but they said it was too late to file a complaint as I missed the 48-hour window. This doesn't seem fair, as I have been trying to resolve this for five days. It's frustrating that they are putting the blame on me when it seems to be an issue with their service. I just want either my product or a refund.

I recently received a Fossil watch valued at ₹9,[redacted] as a gift from my brother. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I noticed that the paint near the dial was faded. I promptly requested a return the same day it was delivered. Myntra, however, is claiming that the watch was delivered in perfect condition despite the lack of a seal on the carton box, the torn aluminum box, and the already torn poly wrap inside. Despite multiple follow-ups and calls with their customer service, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I even requested to speak with a manager, but I was told to wait for 24 hours, which has now turned into several days without any response. After sending an email, I finally received a call from the manager, who asked for another 24-hour wait for feedback, which has not been provided yet. I am disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of transparency in handling this issue. I simply want to return the product and receive a refund without further delay.

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm a registered customer on Myntra and wanted to share my recent experience. I ordered a blue jean but received a black one instead. When I requested a return, the delivery person wouldn't take it as the color didn't match. Despite being asked to wait for 2 days for collection, I find it frustrating to continually place return orders only to have them put on hold without resolution. Please improve your service as it is discouraging for customers. I anticipate a prompt response and actions taken swiftly. I purchased a pair of Puma shoes for my wife's birthday, which fell on September 18th. The shoes arrived early on the 14th. Upon unboxing on the 18th, we discovered that they were smaller than her usual size. I attempted an exchange through the Myntra app promptly but was unable to do so. Customer Care mentioned I had used points that disabled the "Exchange" option, although there was no clear communication about this consequence. I don't recall making any such redemption knowingly. Even if this happened accidentally, it did not impact the final price of Rs. [redacted] post-discount, which I paid in full. However, replacing the Puma shoes is crucial as it's a birthday gift for my wife. I am willing to cover any additional costs, but I need the item replaced. Today was not the scheduled delivery date for my product, but the company allowed me to receive it today, which I appreciated. However, I was hoping to have the delivery either in the morning or the afternoon. As a new customer on Myntra, I wasn't aware if deliveries were made in the evening or at night. When the delivery boy called, I answered, but unfortunately couldn't hear what he was saying. I tried calling back, but he didn't pick up. Despite my efforts, I couldn't reach the agent and later got a message that the delivery failed. I'm unsure of what steps to take next to receive my order. I really am looking forward to getting my delivery but faced issues trying to contact the delivery person. The call got disconnected, and now I am stuck with a failed delivery message. I recently ordered multiple products and initiated returns for some, also unknowingly accepting insider points I am unfamiliar with. Unfortunately, due to lag in the app, the screen moved during the process, causing the accidental acceptance of insider points for a product I intended to return. The customer service team insists I cannot return the item now that the insider points have been credited. Despite explaining my situation, Myntra representatives continue to provide the same unhelpful response during our calls. I am frustrated with being penalized with a 6,[redacted] rupee charge for a product I no longer wish to keep due to this issue with the insider points.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Myntra. The product received was not up to the mark, and the delivery service was also subpar. I have never had such a negative experience before. Despite my feedback, it seems like the team is not concerned about resolving these issues. Even the management appears indifferent. I advise others to be cautious while using this app as it seems like they are engaging in deceptive practices. The delivery personnel also failed to bring the package to my doorstep.

I recently contacted Myntra's service center at their new number ([redacted])-([redacted])-([redacted]) but am extremely disappointed with both the product received and the delivery service. The product quality was below expectations, marking a significant decline from my previous positive experiences with Myntra. I have expressed my dissatisfaction through feedback, but unfortunately, the management seems indifferent to customer concerns. I have not received any communication about resolving the issue or providing updates. This experience has led me to caution others about using the app, as there seems to be dishonest practices involved. Additionally, the delivery personnel are not ensuring doorstep delivery, further adding to the frustration. I urge others to be cautious when using this service, as my recent experience has left much to be desired.

On September 30th, while attempting to order from Myntra, the payment was successfully debited, but the order did not go through. Subsequently, I contacted customer support and was informed that the refund for the failed order would be processed within 48 hours. I then reordered the items as advised. However, when I inquired today, another representative stated that the refund had not been received. I have verified with my bank and UPI platform, and there is a transaction ID for the payment. I am puzzled by the discrepancy in information regarding the refund status. Please expedite the refund process as this situation is disappointing.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Myntra, and on the day they were delivered, I submitted a return request. Unfortunately, my refund was denied, with the reasoning that the shoes had been used. This situation is puzzling to me, as it seems improbable for someone to use the item and then initiate a return on the same day. This issue is unprecedented for me as I have two separate accounts with Myntra. I placed an order for the UCB red large trolley bag with Order ID #[redacted] [redacted][redacted] on September 29, [redacted]. Upon receiving my delivery on October 4, [redacted], I discovered that I was sent the grey color and a different model of the UCB trolley bag. I immediately initiated a return request. After two days, Delhivery successfully picked up the item with Return ID RID_[redacted] and Waybill number [redacted]36. On October 11, Myntra declined my return, which led me to contact their customer service for assistance. Despite their promises of initiating a refund by October 14 and reshipping the correct product in three days, I have not received any resolution. Myntra's customer service team has continuously provided inaccurate information and has failed to address the error on their end. As of October 16, I have confirmed with Delhivery that the return has reached the merchant, yet Myntra has not refunded me or sent the correct product.

I recently received a Jack and Jones track pant that was the wrong size. After keeping it in quarantine for a day or 2 due to the current situation, I opened the package and requested a return. The delivery person mentioned that the price tag was missing, which I assured him was not the case as all other tags and stickers were intact. Despite my explanations and providing photos as requested, Myntra customer care has denied the return, citing the missing tag as the reason. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed by this experience and feel I have been unfairly treated. I am not concerned about the refund but rather the principle of the matter. I want to escalate this issue as I believe I have been misled and mistreated.

I would like to report an issue regarding an order I placed for a Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt. After requesting a return due to a size problem, a person picked up the item on 22.10.20. Later that night, I received a message stating that the return was put on hold due to not passing a quality check. When I contacted the provided phone number, I was informed of a technical issue with the price tag on the shirt. I returned the product as received, including the bill, but now I am not receiving any response on the phone. The latest message states that the return has been rejected, even though it was picked up by the team and the money is with the company. I am disappointed by the lack of feedback on my complaint, as I have been a satisfied Myntra customer who regularly places orders. I hope for a resolution to this matter promptly. Dear Sir/Madam, I placed an order for a Tommy Hilfiger watch, TH[redacted]Watch, costing [redacted] on July 26th. Although my bank account was debited the same amount, I cancelled the order on the same day. However, I have not received the refund yet. After contacting Myntra, they provided me with a bank reference number, [redacted]77, and advised me to file a complaint on the bank's portal, which I did. After waiting two months, the bank informed me that the transaction was successful and they couldn't process a refund. I lodged a detailed complaint on Myntra's portal with reference number IN[redacted][redacted]. After multiple follow-ups, on October 27th, Myntra informed me that the issue was resolved, but I am unsure of what they meant. Waiting for approximately four months has been frustrating, and the delayed responses from Myntra are disappointing.
