Hello, I recently purchased a gift set box from Mantra, but unfortunately, I received the parcel with two missing accessories. This has left me incredibly disappointed, especially considering the amount I spent on it. I was planning to gift it the following day, but I had to postpone it due to the missing items, which was quite embarrassing. I contacted a customer service agent and requested a refund to my HDFC account as the received parcel did not meet my expectations at all. Can you please start the refund process? I am truly disheartened by this experience.

I recently visited Myntra for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. Shortly after making a purchase over Rs. [redacted], I discovered a $[redacted] coupon that I had missed before ordering. Upon noticing the coupon within an hour of making the purchase, I reached out to customer service asking them to honor the discount in good faith. Unfortunately, I received a generic response stating that since the order was placed, I couldn't avail of the rebate. This lack of flexibility in honoring the coupon feels like poor customer service. Hello Myntra team, I am reaching out regarding returning a few items from my order. The order was received on February 8th, and I attempted to request a return on February 12th. However, there was an error in the app, causing the return process to fail. When I contacted customer care, they mentioned facing technical issues and suggested calling back the next day. Despite my attempts since February 12th, I am now being told that the return period has expired due to not emailing them sooner. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a mail ID on the app or website to address this concern. I received a product with a missing skirt, which is why I need to return it. I recently ordered a Sangria suit set (pajama and kurti) from Myntra. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Initially, I received a large size, which I liked but needed to exchange for a small. The small size I received had a defect as the zip was missing from the pajama. Despite noting this issue during the exchange request, the delivery person refused to take it back without confirmation from customer service and was quite impolite. He even asked me not to answer his calls, dropped a missed call from +[redacted]38, and falsely claimed I was unavailable for delivery. I have been attempting to reach Myntra's customer care to resolve this and either exchange the product for a defect-free one or receive a refund of Rs. [redacted].

I am confused about the problem with your courier partner resulting in receiving the wrong color item. I returned the product promptly within 24 hours with all tags and receipts, yet it was rejected in the quality check. Trusting Myntra, I didn't take photos but clearly reported the color mistake immediately. I am disappointed with the handling as an ongoing customer. Hello, I recently purchased a Kurta set from Myntra (Seller-Indo Era) but encountered a size issue, prompting me to request an exchange as it was intended for someone else. Unfortunately, upon receiving the exchanged product, I discovered that the Dupatta was missing, rendering the set incomplete. Despite raising a complaint and engaging with Myntra Support, I was informed of a policy that requires customers to report wrong or defective products within 48 hours, a stipulation not clearly communicated during the return process, which typically allows for 30 days. The insistence on this 48-hour window, especially for missing items or size problems, is concerning. After numerous discussions with Myntra's CRM team, I found their responses to be disheartening, with little acknowledgment of the error in the shipment. While a representative named Jyothi seemed more understanding, another named Ankita reiterated the company's position without considering my perspective. As a loyal customer, I expected a more urgent and empathetic resolution to such issues, rather than feeling dismissed and distrusted. I fervently requested a replacement, not just a refund, in each interaction, hoping for a more satisfactory outcome. Dear Sir, I received my items in March, but due to the lockdown in India, I have been unable to return the item because of size issues. It is mentioned on your website that no services are available during the lockdown. Hello, I recently received the Realme BLACK WIRED Earphones that I ordered on May 15th, but unfortunately, they are not functioning correctly. Whenever I use them, the people I talk to can't hear me, and there is a lot of background noise. Considering the price I paid for these earphones, I expected better quality, and since they are damaged, they are of no use to me. I have been trying to return or exchange them, but I can't find the option to do so on the website. I have always had a good experience with Myntra, and I trust that this issue will be resolved promptly. I have already reported the problem three days ago but have not received a response yet. I received the wrong items in my order. Instead of a Peter England shirt, I got a Highlander shirt, and instead of a Harvard shirt, I received a Here and Now shirt. Even after multiple attempts to contact customer care, they keep declining my complaint, insisting that the correct products were delivered. I want to return the items because they were incorrect, and the packaging was also not satisfactory as it arrived in an open condition. I have shared images of the received items several times. In May, I placed an order on Myntra for some products. I reside in a remote area. On the 18th of May, a Myntra delivery agent informed me that he had handed over my parcel to a bus driver for me to collect. Despite my efforts to retrieve the package on the same day and the following day, I missed the bus driver each time. Surprisingly, the Myntra order dashboard displayed that the parcel had been delivered. Concerned, I contacted a Myntra agent who visited my place but couldn't locate the package. Unfortunately, he is now refusing to assist me, and my complaints to Myntra's customer service have been unhelpful. I am facing the risk of losing the products worth [redacted] that I already paid for. I did not sign for any delivery, so I am puzzled by Myntra's negligence. After being a loyal Myntra customer for 4 years, I am frustrated by this situation. My simple request is either a refund or the delivery of the product.

I am disappointed with my recent purchase from Myntra. The white kurta I bought from Here&Now (order no: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) had a red piping that bled when I washed it with plain water. Despite washing it by hand for only a minute without soap, the red color ruined the kurta. This has rendered the item unwearable, which is frustrating as I intended to use it for work. I have contacted Myntra for a refund due to this issue. The quality of the product should have been checked before stocking it. I expect a refund promptly, as the item is now damaged beyond use. I ordered the Imara kurta set but it arrived with a missing dupatta. I requested a return on May 23rd but faced difficulty selecting the missing product option, so I chose the fit and issue option instead, forgetting to mention the missing item in the comment box. Realizing my mistake, I contacted customer care for support. It has been over a week without a single response on my return request. Despite multiple calls to customer care, I am told to wait within a 24-hour timeframe each time. My account, registered with Mobile No. 94[redacted]0 and Email [redacted], was hacked. The hacker changed the mobile number and email address associated with my Myntra account. They used Rs [redacted] from my Myntra credits for Order Id [redacted][redacted]3. I tried contacting customer care, but due to COVID-19, staff availability is limited, and the automated system suggests visiting the Contact Us section. However, I can't access the Contact Us section since my account information has been altered. Despite emailing [redacted], I received a response stating that direct emails are not accepted and to use the Contact Us section on the mobile app or website. Unfortunately, I can't access that section with the altered account details. I need help regaining access to my account, resolving this issue, and reclaiming my Rs. [redacted] Myntra credits.

I am writing to address an issue with a recent return delivery from your organization. When the delivery person arrived at my house, he inquired about the reason for the return and how long it had been since the purchase. I recently ordered Mast & Harbour heels in March with order no. [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Due to the lockdown, I received the order last week. Unfortunately, the product I received was damaged, dirty, and had no tags. I initiated an exchange, but the representative who came to collect the item was rude and accused me of using it. Given my familiarity with exchange policies due to my regular shopping on Myntra and my job at Flipkart, I find it unacceptable for a seller to send damaged and used items to customers and use improper language. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach Myntra's customer care for assistance. I seek to file a complaint against the seller and the representative for mistreating customers. Dear Sir, I am a loyal customer of Myntra for the past three years and have been satisfied with my online shopping experiences. The item was delivered on June 15, [redacted], to my address in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Unfortunately, the item was defective, and I initiated a return request on the same day. Despite my efforts, the return agent refused to take back the defective item. I contacted customer care on June 16, 18, and 19, to seek clarification, but I was met with confusion and delays each time.
