Subject: Concern Regarding Return Request Dear Customer Service, I recently spoke with one of your representatives regarding my complaint under IN[redacted][redacted]. The representative mentioned that according to the complaint, I reported receiving the wrong product. However, I want to clarify that I never made such a statement. When I submitted the return request, I specified that the product appeared old and used, despite looking appealing in the images. This led me to request a return. Following the discussion with your representative, I received conflicting SMS notifications. Initially, I was informed that a pick-up agent would visit on 7th Jan. [redacted]. Subsequently, I received another message stating that my return request was declined by the pick-up agent. I was perplexed as the agent never arrived to assess the item. I urge you to conduct a thorough re-investigation into this matter and ensure that your agent inspects the product. During the previous encounter, the agent cited lighting issues as a reason for rejection. I kindly request that the agent visit during daylight hours for a fair assessment. Hello, I've been using the Myntra app for many years without any issues until my recent order. The order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. On the 27th, a delivery was scheduled, and I asked the delivery executive to drop it in through my window as usual. Unfortunately, I was out of Bangalore until the 7th and discovered the product hadn't been delivered. Customer service wasn't able to assist me properly. I have the delivery executive's number, but when I call, it redirects to Myntra asking for an MPIN. I believe tracking the order with their logistics team could help, but the customer service team isn't cooperating. I hope to find a resolution soon.

I have used the Myntra app for years without any issues until my recent order. The app shows the order as delivered, but I haven't received it. On the 27th, the delivery executive called, and I requested delivery through the window as usual. I was out of town from the 27th to the 7th, so I couldn't check the delivery until I returned. Customer service was not helpful, claiming they couldn't assist. I suggested tracking the order with the logistics team, but they refused. I have the delivery executive's number, but calling connects me to Myntra's line requesting an MPIN. I hope Myntra can coordinate with their team to resolve this issue and assist their customers.

I placed an order with Myntra on 23.12.[redacted] for several products. According to the app, 4 products were scheduled for delivery on 25.12.[redacted]. However, I have not received these items. I raised a complaint on 28.12.[redacted] with complaint no. (IN[redacted][redacted]) and was assured that the issue would be resolved by 03.01.[redacted]. Despite following up on 03.01.[redacted], waiting two more days, and speaking to a senior customer care executive who escalated my case, I have not received a satisfactory response. Disappointed with the lack of assistance and false assurances, I am weary of contacting customer care. As a loyal Myntra customer, I am dissatisfied with the service provided. This will be my final attempt with Myntra, and I hope for a prompt resolution.

Dear Team, I received the product yesterday and would like to return it as I am dissatisfied with it. Upon returning, the executive mentioned discrepancies between the price on the tag (0.0 rs) and the product code. I am concerned about the quality check process for your products. I received the wrong item in my order. Instead of my Mast and Harbour shoes, I received a Roadster Men's T-shirt in large size. The online customer support has been unhelpful, and the call back option didn't work either. I am frustrated by this mix-up and want my shoes replaced promptly. The return person refused to take the T-shirt, which adds to my annoyance. I request that my complaint be addressed properly. Thank you.

I returned an off-white saree on 1-12-19 expecting a refund of ₹[redacted]. Unfortunately, I received a message stating that my bank details are incorrect or incomplete. I have provided the details twice without any success in receiving the refund. Moreover, my registered email is not functioning, so I have missed out on important communications. Despite calling multiple times to explain my situation and providing my details, no action has been taken to address this issue.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding an unsuccessful transaction I made on Myntra.in for a bag and belt. Despite the payment being debited from my account, the order did not go through. I have contacted Gpay and my bank, both confirmed the payment was debited and credited to Myntra.in. It has been 48 hours since the incident. I have attached the transaction slip for reference. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. If not addressed within two days, I intend to escalate the issue to the consumer forum. Thank you.

I returned my order on Myntra, and the return request was approved. However, I have not yet received my refund even though the payment was made through Google Pay. The return was picked up on December 27th, and as of January 9th, I have not seen the refund in my bank account. On the Myntra app, it says that the refund has been processed successfully and to check my email for details. I have checked all my emails and my bank balance, but the refund is still not showing up. Can someone advise me on how I can receive my refund in my bank account?

Dear Customer Service, I recently ordered a denim jacket from Myntra, and I was notified that it would arrive early. However, on 4th January, I received a message stating that the product was successfully delivered, but I have not received it nor any communication from the delivery person. It has been a week since then, and despite my efforts to report the issue on the website, I have been unsuccessful. The "Call Me Back" and "Call Now" options have also been unreachable. Feeling frustrated, I considered filing a consumer complaint but decided to give it another chance by reaching out to you via email. Could you please address my concern and ensure the delivery of my product promptly?

Hello, I made a purchase on Myntra on December 21st, consisting of 5 jackets and sweaters totaling over INR 7,[redacted]. Despite paying online, I have not received the order after more than 3 weeks. The tracking ID shows that the order has not even been shipped. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have not been provided with a solution or a refund. I had a disappointing experience with the return process. After waiting 15 days, the agent performed a quality check, confirming that the product was in good condition and the receipts were included. However, I received an email nine hours later saying my return was on hold because other quality check personnel believed it was used. I find this unacceptable as I returned the product due to it looking faded and having a different color and texture from what was ordered. If the company suspects customers of using and then returning items, they should collect them promptly, not wait 15 days. It is the company's responsibility to ensure timely delivery and returns. I request a prompt refund or I will consider taking further action.

Hello, I am Sarah S. I ordered an Athena Mustard overcoat in medium size from Myntra. When the product arrived on 11th Jan, I found it disappointing. The quality was inferior, the size was too big, and it was missing the belt shown in the image. I requested a return within 30 minutes of receiving it, clearly explaining the issues. During the return pickup, the Myntra representative behaved unprofessionally, refusing to take back the parcel without a valid reason. This caused unnecessary stress. Subsequently, the customer service experience worsened with unhelpful responses and requests for unnecessary pictures. I demand a prompt refund and accountability for the behavior of the pickup representative. Failure to refund my money quickly will lead me to pursue legal action through consumer rights channels and social media until resolved. My intention is not to deal with such incompetence and unprofessionalism. Please refund my money promptly. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification about the delivery schedule, and when the delivery person, Adnan, attempted to deliver the package, I was not at home to receive it. As a doctor working at a government hospital, I was unable to be present at that moment. When I spoke with Adnan, he could not offer any solutions besides rescheduling the delivery for the following day. Despite my request for a brief delay so I could reach my address, he insisted on an immediate handover at a different location and was dismissive towards my profession and constraints. I would like to address the issue regarding my recent purchase of the Monte Carlo Boys Mustard Yellow Solid Puffer Jacket on January 24, [redacted], for Rs. [redacted] with cash on delivery. Despite the order being placed and received by the seller on the same day, the expected delivery date of January 31, [redacted], has passed without any shipping updates. I lodged a complaint, but on January 31, [redacted], I received a message stating the issue was resolved, which did not provide a solution. Customer care representatives Mr. Hitesh and Senior Executive Miss Diksha apologized for the inconvenience and assured me an update by February 3, [redacted]. The lack of timely resolution and poor customer service is disappointing. I ordered the product for an event on February 3, [redacted], and I am concerned it will not arrive on time. If the product is not delivered by February 3, [redacted], I may have to pursue legal action.

I purchased a Lavie Bag from Myntra, but the product I received was damaged both times. After requesting an exchange, I received another bag that was also damaged and missing a detachable sling strap. Despite my complaint and providing proof, Myntra closed my case without any evidence of an investigation, leaving me feeling robbed of Rs.[redacted]. I have been struggling to get a proper response from their customer care, spending hours on calls with no resolution. Additionally, I contacted Lavie and was informed that Myntra sells fake first copies of various brands, including theirs. The quality of the bag I received is poor. Myntra's customer support has been unhelpful, with calls being cut off. I am now left with a faulty bag that cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hello, I have reached out multiple times via phone and email but unfortunately, my complaint remains unresolved with no actions taken yet. My issue concerns receiving the wrong product, product no. [redacted]1 instead of the correct one, [redacted]1. I informed customer service that I cannot provide the barcode as the bags got mixed up and I lost the correct one for the grey kurta. The product is unused with all tags. I was unaware it needed to be returned in a specific transparent bag. I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter.
