On December *th I got a mail regarding one of my orders 'AJ DEZINES Boys Grey & Blue Checked Romper'(Order no.: *******-*******-*******) saying that my order has been delivered. When I called and enquired from my family they told me that they have not received any order as such. I registered a complaint on the Myntra Customer Care on December *th. They sent me a mail along with an attached copy of the signature of the person to whom the product was delivered. They asked me to recognize the signatures. The signatures were not from any of my family members. The customer care sent me a mail POD Shared *Incident: IN********************* saying that they will look into the matter and would revert me back on Dec **. On Dec **, I got a mail saying that my order *******-*******-******* has not been delivered. On Dec ** I got a mail again from Myntra saying that my product *******-*******-******* is out for delivery, along with the style agents number. I called the Customer Care to ask if there has been any progress regarding the above-mentioned order. The customer care told me that they would revert me back after ** hours and did not say anything regarding the mail. When I asked them about the mail, they told me that it would have been sent by mistake. Today, again I got a mail saying that the order has been delivered. I know the order has been delivered. The issue is that it has been delivered to the wrong person. It was an online paid order and I have suffered a huge loss regarding the product as I am a student and not an earning person. It's been a week since the time I raised this issue and there has been no satisfactory help received from the Customer Care service, hence this mail.**I want either the refund of the amount that I paid for my product or the delivery of product to the correct address.
