Hello, I am disappointed with the service I received regarding the delivery of my product. The item was at the delivery center yesterday, and I received a call from the delivery person. Despite accepting the offer to deliver the product yesterday due to the distance of my home and being the only delivery in the area, I was informed today that the delivery cannot be made. I have paid for the product through my bank account and hold the delivery service responsible for any loss. I ordered this as a gift and am upset by the negligence shown. If the product is not delivered today, I no longer want it due to the mishandling by the delivery person. The lack of communication and professionalism in handling the situation has left me dissatisfied. I hope for a better response and resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I placed an order with Myntra on November 24, [redacted], Order No: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The order includes 1 H&M beige hooded sweatshirt and 1 H&M sweat pants. The delivery was scheduled for December 5, [redacted]. Unfortunately, it has been over a week since the promised delivery date, and I have yet to receive my order. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in reaching Myntra's customer service via phone, email, or messaging. The tracking information provided is not helpful, and I am in need of both my order and an explanation from Myntra. Thank you.

I received a notification on December 7th stating that my order for 'AJ DEZINES Boys Grey & Blue Checked Romper' (Order no.: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) was delivered, but my family did not receive it. After contacting Myntra Customer Care on December 8th, I received a mail with a signature that was not recognized by my family. A complaint was registered, and assurance was given to look into the matter. Despite follow-up emails, my issue remains unresolved. The latest mail indicates delivery, which is inaccurate. This confusion has caused distress as a student. Efforts to resolve the matter have been unsuccessful. I seek a refund or the correct delivery of my order.

I have raised multiple complaints regarding a Mitera saree in black and gold valued at ₹2,[redacted] for either shipment or cancellation. The order number is [redacted][redacted]1. Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. Despite contacting Myntra's help desk several times, my issue remains unresolved. This has led me to escalate the matter to the national consumer forum/helpline. I kindly request prompt processing of my refund as I prefer not to proceed with the delayed shipment. I expect a refund for the product that has not been shipped at all. Thank you.

Regarding ORDER NO: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], I received it on September 17, [redacted]. I recently started using the product for this winter season. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the quality as I have only worn it twice and it has developed significant pilling all over. This experience is very frustrating for me as a loyal customer of Myntra. I would appreciate a refund to my account or any alternative solutions from Myntra. If I had noticed this issue earlier, I would have returned the item promptly.

I made a purchase of two items on 26-Sep-[redacted] with cash on delivery on Myntra. The order ID was [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I returned one item worth INR [redacted]/- and have been facing issues with checking the refund status due to login errors and unavailability of customer care assistance. Despite several attempts and contacting from my registered number, I was unable to resolve the matter. The customer care representative told me my account was blocked and my refund was sent to a different account. After persistent efforts and escalations, my account was unblocked on 17 Nov [redacted]. However, I am still experiencing difficulties. I have tried to use the INR [redacted]/- credit balance for new orders, but they get automatically cancelled and refunded. I have raised multiple complaints with Myntra, but the issue persists even after a month. Assistance in resolving this ongoing problem would be greatly appreciated.

I recently returned two Belle Fille jackets, but the process seems to be on hold. The jackets were returned due to poor quality and being very dirty. The person who collected the jackets did not inquire about them at all. I normally receive my refunds promptly, so this delay is concerning. This situation is making me reconsider shopping with Myntra in the future. I would appreciate an update on when I can expect to receive my refund. Thank you.

I received my order from Myntra with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] on 15/12/[redacted]. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue with this order. I had purchased it as a gift for someone and paid extra for gift wrapping. However, the recipient did not receive the gift wrap or the personalized gift card with the message I had provided. This mishap ruined my surprise plan as I had wanted to conceal the discount details and invoice since it was a gift. I reached out to customer service, and an executive mentioned raising the issue but no resolution has occurred yet. I am disappointed by this mistake and hope that it will be addressed promptly.

I placed an order on Myntra on December 8th for an occasion tomorrow, but the delivery date of December 13th was delayed until December 18th. It has arrived in a nearby locality, but they are not delivering it. Despite making a complaint, I have been asked to wait for 2 more days, which is not possible for me. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and will not use this app again for shopping.

I recently received a sweatshirt from myntra on December 11th. The delivery was made by the driver at 8:15 PM. However, the delivery person did not have change for [redacted] rupees and promised to return it the next day. It has been a week now, and despite multiple excuses, the money has not been returned. I understand it was partly my fault for not having exact change available given the late delivery time. Could you please communicate with your delivery partner to ensure the money is returned? Dear Sir/Madam, Regarding the order number provided, I requested a return for the item due to size reasons. I placed the dress, folded, in the bag as requested. Your staff inspected the item, but unfortunately did not return it to the plastic bag. Now there are claims of a stain on the dress which was not there when the return was initiated. I kindly ask for a prompt refund. This situation is concerning as previous returns have been handled well, but this instance resulted in potential damage due to improper handling. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will share my experience on social media and advise my friends to avoid doing business with your company.

I purchased a pair of Nike joggers on December 15, [redacted]. When I received the order, I tried them on immediately but found the size to be too small. The item is stated to be eligible for returns/exchanges, but when I tried to initiate the return process, it prompted me to confirm delivery first, which I did. However, I then encountered issues with no return/exchange option available. Even though the product page still mentions free returns/exchanges within 30 days. I invested Rs. We recently purchased a men's U.S. Polo footwear, but unfortunately, it was too large. We requested an exchange, but encountered an issue with the barcode not matching during the delivery attempt. Despite contacting customer service and reapplying for the exchange, the problem recurred. We are eager to receive the correct size 8 for our order (Order no: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) as soon as possible, as this process has been ongoing for over 3 weeks and is quite frustrating.

Hello, I am writing to address a concern with a recent purchase made using my account [redacted] I bought a Caprese bag in pink from Myntra, but upon arrival, I noticed it was dull and dirty. When I tried to initiate an exchange or return, I discovered that the item was marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Upon investigating, I found out that my Myntra points for the bag had been redeemed automatically, possibly due to a technical error on the server side. This is the second time this has occurred. While I didn't take action the first time, I cannot overlook it happening again. As a long-time Myntra customer, I expect better service. I kindly request either a return or an exchange for the item. Hello, I placed an order for 3 items last night at 12 am, but they did not show up in my order history. I waited, but they still didn't appear, so I placed the order again, resulting in a duplicate order when I checked this morning. I managed to cancel 2 items from the second order, but there seems to be an issue canceling one item as it states it can't be canceled. Although I received emails confirming the cancellation, I would like some clarification on the situation to ensure it is resolved without any further complications or headaches.

I recently purchased an Adidas jacket from Myntra, but unfortunately, it is one size larger than I needed. When I tried to exchange or return the item, I encountered an issue where it seems like insider points were used for the purchase. However, I did not apply any points during the transaction. I reached out to the help desk, but they could not offer a solution and claimed I used insider points. This situation has left me with a jacket that I cannot use. I hope Myntra can address this matter promptly and prevent similar problems in the future. The customer service representative's suggestion to either keep the ill-fitting product or dispose of it was unsatisfactory. It feels like a disservice to loyal customers. Please understand the importance of resolving this issue and reviewing the automatic allocation of insider points. I am eagerly awaiting a positive resolution from the Myntra support team. Thank you. I was charged compulsory delivery fees according to their policy. I have not returned any items in the past. In October, I purchased T-shirts for my son which turned out to be too short for him. I couldn't exchange them as bigger sizes were not in stock on Myntra. If this was intentional, I wouldn't have transferred the money to Myntra credits, I would have chosen my bank account. Now, they are enforcing the policy rules. Kindly waive the delivery charges or transfer the credit to my bank account.

I placed an order for the Berrylush long gown priced at $[redacted]. I did not cancel my order. The delivery person tried to reach me on December 24th, but I was unavailable. I asked for the delivery to be made in the evening on the same day, but he said he would deliver it the next day. However, he did not contact me again, and I received a cancellation message the following day. I contacted customer service today, and they advised me to place a new order, but the item is out of stock. I am upset since this is my first order and I have encountered an issue.
