Dear Myntra Customer Service, I am writing to address my disappointment with order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The primary reason for my return request was cited as a shipping delay, but I believe there are deeper issues at play that I wish to bring to your attention. The product was dispatched on 28-10-[redacted] to the Palanpur HUB. The delivery person contacted me, insisting that I collect the item from the Palanpur point as my address was supposedly outside their service area. Despite my payment for home delivery, the delivery person was reluctant and warned me that the product would be returned if not collected promptly. Upon contacting Myntra customer service, an agent assured me that my address was indeed eligible for home delivery and that the product would arrive by 4th November. A complaint was lodged regarding this incident. However, I was surprised to receive an email stating that the product was being returned due to shipping delays. I am disheartened by this experience and urge you to address this matter, including the conduct of the delivery person identified as Hitesh Oad. Until this issue is resolved, I regret to say that I will refrain from placing any further orders with Myntra. Sincerely, Shashikant

On the 27th of October [redacted], I placed an order for two shoes using the email ID associated with my account. I have tried contacting the seller three times. Initially, the seller instructed me to pick up the order at Vikhroli West Center. However, later the seller mentioned delivery by 10-12 am on the 5th of November [redacted], the day I am writing this message. When I attempted to follow up today, the seller claimed not to have received the parcel and cannot assist further. I request to cancel the order within 24 hours; otherwise, I will file a complaint against Myntra. Additionally, the seller accepted to deliver to Vikhroli East, but now refuses. As per Myntra's tracking details, the order should have been delivered by the 1st of November, yet I have not received it. Regards, Sahil G.

Hello Myntra, I recently received my order for the Anouk women's beige woven design open toe flats with Shipment ID: [redacted]. Unfortunately, the size was smaller than expected, so I initiated an exchange request. Today, the exchange order was not delivered due to an unknown reason, and the delivery person did not take the smaller product back, as there was confusion between beige and brown. This experience has been very disappointing, as the product received does not match the picture on the website due to a slight contrast issue. I kindly request a refund or a replacement at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I would like to address the activation of the fair usage policy on my account. The activation of this policy was not outlined in any prior information regarding returning products. It is frustrating for customers to go through the process of selecting, purchasing, and later returning products to the delivery staff within specific time limits. Furthermore, if the fair usage policy must be enforced, I will no longer have an interest in purchasing products from Myntra. However, there is a remaining Myntra credit of [redacted] in my account that is currently being withheld due to this policy. I request a refund of this amount. Alternatively, if a delivery charge of [redacted] needs to be imposed, I may opt to shop at physical stores to avoid incurring additional costs. I urge Myntra to return all credits in accounts if new policies are to be implemented. Failure to address this concern will prompt me to escalate this matter and potentially pursue legal action for violation of consumer rights and the previous policy terms of Myntra. Kindly resolve this matter promptly.

I ordered a Theme Navy Single-Breasted Blazer in size 36 on October 30th with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. However, Myntra delivered a Fort Collins Blazer in size L on November 8th instead, with a broken bag containing both blazers with mismatched labels. I promptly initiated a return, receiving Return Request No. [redacted], but couldn't complete the return due to personal reasons lined up with Myntra's return schedule. Subsequently, my return was declined. I've been unable to reach the contact number on Myntra's website to address the error. I'm seeking assistance to properly return the incorrect item Myntra sent me.

Yesterday, I received a call from individuals claiming to be from Myntra Pvt Ltd. They accurately referenced my previous purchase on their shopping app last year. They informed me that I had won a contest that included prizes such as a Sony LED TV, Laptop, iPhone 6s, and Tanishq 18-carat gold jewelry. To claim the prize, they instructed me to make a purchase of Rs. [redacted]. Trusting their knowledge of my past purchase, I made a Rs. [redacted] purchase upon which I received an order confirmation containing a link to Myntra. They directed me to track the order on the Myntra app after 24 hours. Upon calling them again today, they failed to respond, claiming the product would arrive in 21 days. Realizing it was a scam, I demand action against these fraudsters who obtained my information and exploited my loyalty to Myntra for personal gain. I seek either the product or a refund, threatening to expose this incident on social media if necessary. The numbers involved are [redacted] (used for payment) and [redacted]. I want to give feedback about my recent purchase of a Samsung earphone. I have not received the product yet, even though the delivery status shows it as delivered. I tried contacting customer care three times, but they insist it was delivered. My mistake was paying online. Myntra, your services have disappointed me this time. I trusted in the quality you provide, and this experience has shaken that trust. I have been a loyal customer with no complaints until now.

Regarding my recent order with Myntra, Order No: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] for the DODO & MOA Red & Beige Printed Mini Flare Skirt in size 28, quantity 1, I am writing to report that I received the wrong item. Instead of the A-Line Flare Skirt that I ordered, I received a midi dress. I am disappointed as this has happened before, with multiple incorrect items sent in my previous orders. I trust Myntra to provide accurate orders without mistakes. Please rectify this error by sending me the correct DODO & MOA Red & Beige Printed Mini Flare Skirt as soon as possible. I have been attempting to reach out to you, however, it seems that your contact number is currently not reachable. I kindly request that you return my call at your earliest convenience. The individual who collected the return item mentioned that the price tag on the polybag was missing, but I received the bag in that condition. Furthermore, I am returning the product due to its lack of freshness, as the packaging appeared to be compromised. The price tag was not properly attached to the thread upon receipt of the package. I urge you to please investigate this matter. Initially, I did not see this as an issue assuming that the price sticker was removed as I had purchased the product for someone else. The person who came to retrieve the item indicated that it cannot be accepted in this state. I kindly request that you address and resolve this matter promptly.

I purchased Roadster women's black solid heels and they were delivered on 20/11/19. Upon trying them, I discovered they were too large as I couldn't find a size smaller than 36. I initiated a return request on 21/11/19 and a pickup agent with the number +[redacted]23 came the next day. I was surprised when the agent refused to take the product due to some dust on the sole. Despite the good quality and lack of damages, my return request is still pending after 10 days. I have been attempting to contact +[redacted]23 daily without success. I am extremely disappointed in Myntra's service. As a loyal customer, I expect better service. Please ensure my return request is processed promptly.

I am a frequent shopper on Myntra. Unfortunately, this time I am extremely disappointed. I placed an order for a frame on November 29th and made the payment. However, the order is not showing in my order section, and I have not received any update via message or email. The amount has already been deducted from my account. I urgently need to know the status of my order or receive a full refund. If this issue is not resolved, I will avoid ordering from Myntra in the future and uninstall the app. Feeling very let down.

Dear Team, I am writing to address a concern regarding my recent order. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I have received only 4 out of the 6 dresses I ordered, with the remaining 2 being held by another individual with the contact number +[redacted]91. Despite providing him with the address and expressing my willingness to receive the items, he failed to deliver them as promised. I am dismayed by his unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability. I have made numerous attempts to communicate with him to no avail. His colleague was able to deliver other orders to the same address without any issues, which raises questions about his reluctance to do the same. I insist on a resolution to this matter and request appropriate action be taken against the delivery person for his poor service and disrespectful attitude. I recently ordered shrugs from Myntra, but the product arrived without a price tag and sticker. Due to sizing problems, I chose to return the shrug. However, my order is currently on hold, and Myntra's customer care has been unhelpful, taking days without any resolution. It has already been over a week, and despite continuous requests from their end for 48 hours more, there has been no progress or reassurance from Myntra's customer service. It would be beneficial if Myntra checked for price tags before shipping products to avoid such issues in the future.

Hello, I wanted to address the issue regarding the delivery charges for customers, which, in my opinion, are not fairly implemented. The policy I reviewed seems to cater more towards customers who make frequent returns rather than those who prefer to exchange items. Out of 10 orders, I have received 6 that were defective, incorrect, or a different size than expected. Sometimes, the entire order is incorrect. In such cases, should the customer be expected to retain the incorrect or defective items? The appeal of online shopping lies in the variety of choices available. However, the current policy leaves much to be desired in terms of satisfying customer needs. I kindly ask for a review of the policy terms and appropriate actions to be taken. I ordered the Aarrah Grey & Gold-Coloured Embroidered Padded Ready Made Banglori Blouse on Myntra on 20th November [redacted]. However, upon delivery on 28th November, I received a completely different and below-standard product. Despite requesting a return, I was denied by the service person due to a discrepancy between the ordered item and the return item visually. I reached out to Myntra customer care twice and initiated return requests, but encountered the same issue repeatedly. It is frustrating and disappointing dealing with Myntra's handling of my situation. I am seeking a refund for the incorrect product delivered. I plan to file a complaint and take legal action against Myntra for the stress and unfair treatment I have experienced.

I bought a pair of H&M Women's Black Solid Ankle Boots on Nov 29, [redacted]. Unfortunately, both shoes I received were for the left foot only, missing the right one.
