I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Myntra. The call back option is never available, and every time I tried reaching customer care, it was continuously busy. It appears Myntra is not interested in addressing customer complaints. I recently purchased 2 oneliner Men High Neck T-shirts from Myntra, but the sizes were much smaller than the measurements provided. I initiated a return for both items, but the delivery person declined to take one of the T-shirts because it lacked a price tag. I want to clarify that the product did not have any tags attached when we received it. The delivery person advised us to contact Myntra customer care to resolve the issue, but we have been unsuccessful in reaching them for the past 2 days. I hope Myntra can improve its customer service so that customers like me can easily resolve such issues without facing difficulties in reaching out.

My order number is [redacted]. I am extremely let down by your customer service. After calling the delivery person and requesting the delivery of my order, he declined to bring it to me. Furthermore, the Myntra app displays that I declined to accept my order, which is not true. I expect my order to be delivered promptly within the specified timeframe as indicated by your company. This incident has left me very dissatisfied, especially since it is the second time such an issue has occurred. I urge you to take decisive action on this matter; otherwise, this will be my final shopping experience with your company.

I received my order yesterday. Unfortunately, the product was defective. I immediately initiated the refund process and described the issue. Today, the delivery person came to check the product. However, he refused to pick it up, citing the defect. Due to his behavior, I am unable to return the item as I am leaving town tomorrow for a week. He left the package in front of me and left. I am disappointed with this experience from a well-known site like Myntra. Please address this issue promptly and arrange for the return and refund of my product. Thank you.

On September 28, [redacted], I placed an order for a Roadster deodorant and a Bagsy Malone bag. On October 4, I received a call from your delivery partner, Ecom Express, and scheduled a delivery for the evening. However, there was no follow-up after that call. On October 4th night, I received a notification allowing me to schedule another appointment on October 5th between 3 and 5 p.m., but once again, there was no response from the delivery partner. The same issue occurred with the bag order. Frustrated, I tried to pick up the items from the Trichy hub according to a Google search, but the location seemed outdated. This experience has left me disappointed as I was ordering the bag for my mom's birthday. Delivery from Amazon and Flipkart was far more efficient than Myntra's service. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact both Myntra and Ecom Express regarding this matter.

I am a frustrated Icon member and want to share my experience. Myntra claimed they delivered 2 Imara kurtis with skirts, but I only received 1. This incomplete delivery has been a recurring issue. Despite contacting customer care several times since October 4th, I have not received a satisfactory solution. I paid Rs. 12,[redacted] on September 29th for both items, but only one was delivered on October 4th. After multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue, Myntra declined my claim via email. Escalation supervisor Ram made false promises on October 4th, and escalation supervisor Vishal promised a call from a case manager, which never happened. When I spoke with case manager Sumaya on October 12th, she provided terrible support, dismissing my concerns and refusing to address the problem. I demand my missing product back and feel let down by Myntra's customer service.

Regarding ORDER NO: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]: I attempted to initiate a return for my ordered items but encountered difficulties. After speaking with a customer care representative and their supervisor, I was promised that the return process would begin within 24 hours. The following day, when I inquired about the status of the return, another representative denied the initial agreement, falsely stated I had mentioned the items were a gift, and abruptly disconnected the call when offering to escalate the issue to a manager. It is concerning that incorrect information is being logged by customer care agents, leading to misleading assurances provided to customers. Despite Myntra's stated 30-day return policy, I was wrongfully informed that the products could only be returned within 7 days, causing me to miss the deadline. I have invested over [redacted] INR on apparel, trusting in Myntra's return policies as a longstanding patron of the platform. I am seeking assistance in facilitating the return and refund process for the merchandise. This experience has been disappointing, and failure to address this matter promptly may result in the termination of my association with Myntra.

I recently ordered 4 kurtas during the Big Billion Days sale on Flipkart. The delivery was supposed to be made through Myntra logistics. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the pin code while entering the address, causing all my orders to be shipped to Bangalore instead of Mysore. I have contacted the delivery person to correct the address, but it seems impossible now. I kindly request that the packages be sent to the correct address: [redacted], CH/24, opp railway track, pampapathi road, Jayanagar, kuvempunagar, Mysore, [redacted]. If that is not possible, I will be in Bangalore next weekend and can collect the packages from the hub there. Please hold onto the packages until then and do not return them. I have been a loyal user of Myntra for a long time using my mobile number [redacted]. I am currently a Myntra Select member and soon will be Elite. Recently, I ordered a Biba kurti for my mother. Despite receiving a message that it would be delivered today, the delivery agent had difficulty locating my address unlike previous experiences with Myntra deliveries. After trying to assist by providing various landmark points, the agent eventually asked me to collect the package from his current location or he would cancel the delivery, claiming I had given the wrong address. This disappointing interaction led me to file an online complaint, however, the response seemed disinterested. As a loyal customer, I am troubled by this experience and hope for a prompt resolution and accountability for the delivery agent's behavior to uphold Myntra's reputation. I kindly request the ability to rate the delivery agent.

Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Red Tape Shoes from your website. Unfortunately, after just 3 to 4 days of use, the sole of the shoe broke at the stitches on the back side. I initiated a return request, but your agent inspected the shoes and refused to take them back, claiming they were used beyond acceptable conditions. However, the warranty on the product states that it covers manufacturing defects for 90 days. The specific details of the shoes I ordered are: - Pair of round-toe coffee brown sneakers - Regular style with lace-up detail - Synthetic upper - Cushioned footbed - Textured and patterned outsole - Warranty: 3 months I would like to request either a replacement for the shoes or a refund. On October 9th, I was informed that the delivery was on its way, but no one showed up. Later, I received a message that the agent couldn't reach me, although I received no call. This is the fifth time this has happened and I am frustrated with this unprofessionalism. Despite contacting customer care multiple times, there has been no progress or updates, just requests to wait another 24 hours. This service is unacceptable. I have been a loyal Myntra customer, but this experience is disappointing. The product status shows it's at the delivery center, so why is there such a delay in delivery? I've been waiting for 18 days with no resolution in sight. This lack of commitment and service quality is not something I can recommend to others. Myntra's recent performance has been subpar, and their service seems unreliable.

On October 9, I received a message that the bag was out for delivery, but no one showed up. At the end of the day, I received another message stating that the delivery agent failed to contact me, so the product wasn't delivered. I never received a call. This has happened 5 times now, and I am extremely frustrated by this unprofessionalism. Despite speaking with multiple customer care representatives and managers, there has been no progress or updates. They keep asking me to wait 24 hours, which is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer of Myntra, but the service I am receiving is unacceptable. The product seems to be stuck at the delivery center, and after 18 days, I am still waiting for my order. Myntra's service has been disappointing, and I do not recommend purchasing from them anymore. They need to improve their operations and communication with customers.

I returned my sassafras palazzo pants on October 6th, [redacted]; it is now October 20th, and I am still awaiting my refund of Rs. [redacted]. I placed an order to exchange two kurtis in a palazzo suit due to a fitting issue. On October 18th, I received a message about the exchange of one kurti, but I unintentionally overlooked the text. I was not present in Pune that day, so I left my courier with my neighbor, instructing them to hand it over to the delivery person when he arrived and to take the replacement package. Today, upon my return, my neighbor gave me only one parcel instead of two. Upon checking the message and order details, I found that only one courier has been delivered, and the second one is expected to arrive by October 24th. I attempted to contact the delivery person, who advised me to reach out to customer care for assistance. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello Myntra, I want to address the issue with order number [redacted][redacted]3 [Incident: IN[redacted][redacted]]. I have not received the order, and it was not signed for by me as I have moved from that address. Despite informing Myntra in advance that I will not be available at that address after the 17th-18th, the order was incorrectly marked as delivered. I had previously raised complaints regarding the delayed delivery of this order, which was not addressed within the specified time frame of 10 days. Subsequently, the order was mysteriously marked as delivered without my acknowledgment. When attempting to cancel the order, Myntra shifted the status to "Out Of Delivery," preventing cancellation. I demand a refund for all undelivered orders, as I have now relocated and my phone is out of network. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expect prompt resolution of this matter. I recently ordered a Dressberry women's bronze-toned analogue watch for Rs.[redacted] and Invincible women's black printed ankle-length leggings for Rs.[redacted] on 22nd Oct [redacted] at 9:35 am via Paytm. Although the payment was successful according to my Paytm account, I have not received any messages from Myntra regarding my order. I contacted Myntra customer care, and they mentioned the order is pending, but there has been no update on the payment issue. When I checked with my bank, they informed me that the payment has already been received by someone else. This is my first time facing such an issue after being a loyal Myntra customer for many years. I am hoping for a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] placed on September 20, [redacted]. As a loyal customer of Mantra, I am disappointed with my purchase of the Amante black seamless panty. The product I received was completely different from what was advertised, making me feel deceived and cheated. Furthermore, the grey Amante panty had black marks on it, and the nude-colored one had a rough gusset cloth, indicating it may have been used or defective. It seems like Mantra is selling defective products at the same price. They prevent customers from reviewing their items, which suggests they are aware of the low product quality. By paying $[redacted] for such worthless items, I expected better from a brand like Mantra that I usually trust.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience as a customer of Myntra. I have reached out to Myntra's customer service more than 10 times regarding a returned product. There have been numerous issues with the pickup process, and now I am facing a new problem - the pickup guy does not have the correct address. One day they come to Madhapur for the pickup, and the next day they are in Kondapur. I am baffled by how Myntra operates without proper organization and planning. I kindly request that the pickup be conducted as soon as possible, or alternatively, please issue a refund for the amount.

Hello, I made a purchase on Myntra on October 23, [redacted], and unfortunately, one item out of the three I ordered has not been delivered. When I tried to reorder the missing item, I noticed there are extra charges for shipping now. Originally, my order on the 23rd included free shipping, so I'm confused why I should have to pay for shipping this time. This missing item was actually a gift for someone, and it's causing me embarrassment. Can this issue be resolved?

I would like to report an issue regarding Order NO. [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] that was placed on Myntra by Ms. Pramoda Gujeran for a Men’s Blue Solid Cotton Pathani Kurti. The product had defects upon delivery, so we requested a return and refund. The item was collected on 23/10/19 by a BlueDart Courier. Despite this, we have not received our refund. Shadow Fax courier drivers continue to visit us claiming the return shipment hasn't reached them, even though the product was delivered to Myntra's office in Gurgaon to a person named Ravindran. If the courier visits persist and the refund is not issued promptly, we will be forced to file complaints against Myntra, Blue-Dart Couriers, and Shadow Fax Courier for this inconvenience.
