I am disappointed that I ordered a blackberry t-shirt a month ago but needed to exchange it due to size issues. Though the exchange was confirmed for August 7th, today is the 12th, and I have not received any updates on the delivery. Despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. If you cannot honor the exchange policy, please remove it from your site rather than deceiving customers. My order was for a special occasion, Raksha Bandhan, and if the product doesn't arrive by the 13th, it will be useless to me. I was assured by one of your agents that the product would arrive before the deadline, but it seems like a joke. It's disheartening that such a reputable site is offering poor service. Please deliver my product before the 13th or compensate me for the inconvenience.

Dear Team, I want to bring to your attention that I did not cancel my order; it was your delivery associate who failed to reach my door for the second time in a row. This situation is impacting my credibility, as it may seem like I'm ordering without accepting the products, leading to my Cash on Delivery option being blocked. The items I ordered were originally at a 60% discount, which has now been reduced to 40%. When I contacted customer service, I found them unhelpful. Due to this discount change, I can only afford the jeans, not the shirt I initially wanted to order. I urge you to ensure your courier team contacts customers before assuming they won't complete the purchase. My COD option is now blocked due to this issue. I have re-ordered the product at a higher price of 40% off. I have provided a different address this time, as your courier team seems reluctant to deliver to my home. However, upon receiving the items, I discovered that one of the clothes had poor quality and the other had a size issue. I requested to have the points removed so I could return the clothes, but this was denied. I have yet to receive a refund despite contacting my bank. They are requesting an email from Myntra to proceed with the refund process, but I mistakenly provided the wrong email address. I recently ordered an Anouk Women Navy & Printed Kurta with Palazzo (Shipment ID: [redacted]), but unfortunately, the size was too big for me. I initiated a return (Return No: [redacted]), which was placed on hold and later declined. I am requesting a refund as I cannot use the product due to the size issue. I generated a return request on the 8th of August, and today is the 30th of August. Unfortunately, my item has not been picked up by your courier company, Ecom, yet. Despite receiving text messages assuring me of a pickup today, the end of the day arrived without any pick up taking place. I haven't heard from the courier for the last 22 days. I'd like to understand the concept of reliability and customer service regarding my shopping experience with Myntra. Even after contacting customer care, I was asked to wait for 24 hours for a resolution, which has now extended to 22 days. I'm still waiting for a clear explanation regarding the acceptance of my return request, numbered [redacted]6.

I recently experienced a security breach on Myntra where my email was linked to over 30 accounts without my knowledge. Someone used my 5k credits to make a purchase after changing the phone number to intercept messages. Luckily, I spotted this in time and canceled the order. Despite reporting the issue, Myntra did not acknowledge the hack, advised me to contact cyber security, and did not suspend my account temporarily. The hacker even managed to transfer my credits to another account and deactivated mine using information from my previous orders. It's concerning that Myntra did not take immediate action or show concern about the breach, leaving many other users vulnerable to similar attacks.

I recently made two orders on Mynthra for cushion covers and decided to return one set as it didn't suit my sofa. The return has not been completed yet, as the delivery person did not pick up the item. The unused cushion cover is still in its original packaging with all tags intact, except for the pink Mynthra cover which is missing. Could you please restart the return process for me? I purchased HRX brand shoes from Myntra on April 28, [redacted], and returned them unused after 15 days due to a product issue. Despite the product being in good condition, Myntra informed me that it failed their quality check and they would resend the same shoes. However, I have not received the reshipped product. I received the Tikhi Imli pink solid satin ruffle saree on Sept 4, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the saree I received is not as expected; the color and material are different from what was described. I am unable to return it immediately as the price tag got lost. Rest assured, the saree is in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed. I have the original packaging, bill, and invoice, just missing the tag. I made a purchase on September 12, [redacted], which included three items. The order was delivered to me on September 17, [redacted]. While one item met my expectations, the other two items had fit issues and I would like to return them. Unfortunately, the status of the order on the app still shows that it has been returned to the origin, preventing me from initiating a return request for the items I wish to send back. I returned a kurta with Palazzo, return number [redacted], on September 25th. However, the refund amount has not been credited to my Myntra account yet. I contacted the customer care twice, and they assured me it would be resolved, but the balance is still at "0" in my account. They requested a photo to be sent via email, which I did, but I have not received a proper response. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

I need to return a product, but the price tag is missing. Due to this, the pick up has been postponed by your representative. The product has an unused tag from another brand and is in good condition. I have reached out to customer care for assistance, but they seem unwilling to help, which is disappointing. I recently requested returns for 2 items. When the courier service arrived for the pick-up, they didn't have the image of the product to confirm which one to take. I was informed that returning any number of items would result in a refund for all, so I handed over both items. This confusion could be avoided if Myntra ensured better communication between the courier and customers. It has been over 3 weeks, and I'm still waiting for the refund. Since Myntra lacks a proper solution on the app and direct customer service contact, I hope this message reaches the right department for assistance. I have been dealing with an unresolved issue since September 19, [redacted]. I urge you to promptly arrange for the return of my parcel and refund my payment immediately. It is unacceptable to deliver an item and then ignore customers, avoid calls, not respond to messages, or provide nonsensical excuses. By keeping us on hold and deceiving us, you are causing distress. I strongly advise others against doing business with Myntra. Failure to address this matter will result in a formal complaint against Myntra being published in the print media.

Dear Myntra Customer Support, I placed an order on 29th September [redacted] for 5 men's innerwear items, but I received the delivery early and only 3 items were in the package. Additionally, all the product boxes were torn and broken when they arrived. Even though the outer box and seal were intact, the products inside were in poor condition and incomplete. It is evident that the items were mishandled or poorly packed at the Myntra warehouse without proper checks. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly. Hello, I recently bought a Nush Women Pink Solid Quilted Jacket from Myntra, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged.
