Dear Myntra Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration with the recent issues I have encountered with my order. Despite the app showing that my entire order was delivered, two items are missing - the "Gerua Purple Kurta" and "Kazo Mustard Top". I have reached out to customer service multiple times, with no satisfactory resolution. The complaints manager, Abrar Ahmed, has failed to assist me effectively, and I have not received any proof of delivery despite their claims otherwise. This lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable. I urge you to address this matter urgently by sending the proof of delivery to my alternative email address, refunding me for the undelivered items, and taking appropriate action against Abrar Ahmed. Failure to resolve this promptly will result in further action being taken. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Hi, I ordered a Roadster Olive Green shorts on May 3, [redacted]. However, I received an incorrect product (Khaki shorts) on May 8, [redacted]. After requesting an exchange, I received the same incorrect product once again on May 13, [redacted]. I contacted customer care at [redacted] on the same day in the afternoon to address my disappointment. I asked them to process an exchange and deliver the correct product. To my surprise, I received an email on the evening of May 14, [redacted], stating that my return request had been successful. I specifically requested an exchange, not a return. Later on May 14, [redacted], at 8:15 PM, I called customer care again and spoke with a representative named Rohit. I explained the ongoing issues I had faced. He advised me not to return the product if someone came for it and to place an exchange request again. However, despite this, I received another email stating that my return order had been placed. This experience with Myntra has been disappointing due to receiving incorrect products, inefficient customer care, and discrepancies in billing compared to the online store prices.

I am having trouble logging into my Myntra account. I forgot my password and used the "forgot password" option to create a new one. However, every time I submit the new password, I keep getting a message saying "Invalid request. You are not authorised to view this page." I contacted Myntra's support via email at [redacted], but was informed they do not accept direct emails. I also tried calling Myntra's customer care number from their website, but it was not in service. Though I attempted to contact them through the "contact us" option on their blog, I was unable to submit my query as the site was unsecured and the character verification tab was not displaying anything for me to type in. Accessing my account is urgent because my Myntra cash is expiring soon and I do not want it to go to waste. I hope the issue can be resolved promptly so I can change my password and access my account. If my Myntra cash expires due to delays, I request an extension or a refund. Thank you, Smridhi.

I recently placed an order for a pair of heels with the Try and Buy option on May 12, [redacted]. The estimated delivery date provided was May 16, [redacted]. On the delivery date, I received a notification from the delivery person that the shipment was on its way. After a call with the delivery person, it turned out he was at the wrong location and mentioned the package would be delivered the next day. Despite waiting until 2 pm the next day, no updates were received. Upon contacting MYNTRA customer service, I was informed that no shipment was assigned for that day. A request was raised, ensuring delivery within 72 hours, but no guarantees were given for same-day delivery. I suggested picking up the package personally, but was told that was not an option. I am disappointed with the lack of follow-up and would consider shopping elsewhere. Dear Team, I placed an order on May 11, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of May 13, [redacted], which was a Monday. However, there have been issues with the delivery. The delivery was rescheduled on both Monday and Tuesday, and on Tuesday, the delivery person called at 3:31 PM to say he couldn't deliver as he had reached his office. Despite my request for same-day delivery, he did not comply. After filing a complaint, I was told to wait for 72 hours, but even after continuous follow-up, the issue remains unresolved. The 72-hour deadline has passed with no results. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution from customer care. I just want my products delivered or the option to cancel. I recently purchased a Flying Machine jeans and a Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt totaling Rs. [redacted]. However, upon receiving the items, I discovered they were too large. When attempting to find the return and exchange option on the app, I couldn't locate it. After waiting for half an hour, I noticed an option to collect points, which I assumed was a special offer for me as a loyal customer. After contacting customer care, I was informed that by collecting the points, I had forfeited the option to exchange or return the items. I was disappointed as there was no prior information or terms and conditions regarding the collection of points. I requested to reverse the points and proceed with the exchange or return, but the customer service was unhelpful and discourteous. I hope Myntra can assist me with this issue as a frequent buyer who was unaware of the consequences of collecting the points.

I recently purchased Boat Rockers [redacted] headphones from Myntra, received them on May 21st, but upon opening the package, I found the headphones were missing. I promptly contacted Myntra customer service, and after multiple calls, they mentioned a delivery issue where the order was allegedly declined due to lack of cash, even though I had received it. After days of back and forth, I was told the headphones would be returned after 24 hours of investigation, only to be informed later that the issue was denied by Myntra. Having spent [redacted] rupees on an empty box, I am unsure of the next steps to take as a customer.

I recently received my order after waiting for over a week. I had ordered Belle Fille Women's Brown & Black shorts, but instead, I received them in white and black. Upon inspection, I noticed the color difference and the size was not right. I submitted a return request on the same day, 29th May, when I received the package, and I have kept the product carefully since then. However, when the pickup person arrived today, he refused to take the product citing the color difference and advised me to contact customer service. When I spoke to customer service, they mentioned a slight smell from the product, which is expected from new items. I am disappointed with the service received so far. I hope to receive an update soon. If there is no response in the coming days, I will have to uninstall your app and discontinue shopping here. Thank you and have a pleasant evening. I recently received only one sandal from my order with Mantra. I reported the issue on June 1st, and it is now June 3rd, but the verification process is still ongoing. I specifically mentioned that I received only one sandal and this situation is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer of Mantra for online shopping, but this level of service is disappointing. The customer service representative even suggested I take any action against them, which is not how customers should be treated. If this matter is not resolved within the given timeframe, I expect a refund promptly. I am willing to return the product whenever necessary; my priority is to get my money back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. I ordered 6 items and initiated a return for 2 on 24.5.[redacted], picked up the next day. Despite numerous calls to Myntra customer care and assurances of a refund within 24 hours after each call, no action has been taken. It has been almost 15 days. I expect a quick resolution to this matter and the refund of Rs. [redacted] without further delay. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will have to pursue legal actions. Kindly address this promptly.

I made an order and requested all three items to be shipped in one package and gift wrapped. When I initially chose the gift wrap with a note, it seemed successful. However, upon exiting the app and logging back in, I was unsure if the gift wrap was applied. I need the items to be gift wrapped as they are meant for someone else. I made a purchase on Myntra on June 5, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Out of the 7 items I ordered, only 2 were delivered on June 7th, but they were the wrong products. I contacted customer service on the same day, and after sending the details of the wrong products, they assured me a resolution within 72 hours and requested I return the incorrect items. However, when I tried to return the products on June 8th, the return was rejected on grounds of quality issues, even though the packet remains unopened. Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints (Ref IDs: IN[redacted][redacted], IN[redacted][redacted]), as of June 14th, I have yet to receive a solution. Myntra's failure to accept the return of the wrong product for a refund, as well as their inability to deliver the correct product, has caused unnecessary distress and inconvenience. I am still hopeful for a resolution but am deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by Myntra.

I am writing regarding the return of my Levis Men's Wallet order placed with the email '[redacted]' and registered mobile number '[redacted]'. It has been over 12 days since I requested the return of my order. When the delivery person came to pick it up, he accidentally cancelled the return and promised to return the next day, but I have not heard back since. I have contacted customer service thrice, but they keep delaying and asking me to wait 2-3 more days after each call. This behavior is unprofessional as the wallet was meant as a gift for my brother, and now I am unable to give it due to the careless attitude displayed. I would appreciate an exact date for the pickup of my order to be arranged as soon as possible. Return Reference: [redacted] Hi, I purchased a product from Myntra and unfortunately, the quality was not up to the mark. I promptly requested a return. However, during the product pickup, the Myntra representative claimed the price tag did not match. Despite everything else, including the product's barcode, being in order, this issue arose. I contacted Myntra on the same day and spoke with customer service. They assured me they would sort it out, but unfortunately, my problem persists. I have yet to receive any response from Myntra. I've been patiently waiting for over 15 days now, but the situation remains unresolved. As a loyal customer, I expected better service. Please take action to expedite the return process; otherwise, I may have to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum.

I have been a loyal customer of Myntra, but this recent experience has been very disappointing. I placed an order for Anuok on 10.6.[redacted] with order number [redacted][redacted]. I received the product without the dupatta. When I requested an exchange, the exchange representative refused, citing the incomplete product. After contacting customer service, I was assured the exchange would happen, but upon a second attempt, the new parcel was also missing items. This cycle continued with multiple failed exchange attempts and uncoordinated pickups. The whole process has been mentally stressful. I have been a loyal Myntra customer for many years, and I have always trusted that your products are authentic. However, recently, I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger high school bag from a seller named Feshiontech on Myntra for only [redacted] rs, a price significantly lower than other retailers. After visiting numerous Tommy Hilfiger stores in Australia, I couldn't find a similar bag, and their bags are usually sold for [redacted] rs even with discounts. This has raised concerns about the authenticity of products being sold on Myntra. I have also purchased multiple pairs of Supra shoes from Myntra and worry about their authenticity as well. I urge Myntra to thoroughly check the sellers and products to ensure customers are getting genuine items. It's becoming difficult for me to trust Myntra, considering these discrepancies.

I received a t-shirt yesterday and noticed a hole in it after just 10 minutes, so I requested a return. However, the company declined the return, which I found disappointing. I believe it is their responsibility to ensure quality before shipping, just as they inspect returns before issuing refunds. It feels like they are suggesting I damaged the shirt intentionally, which is frustrating. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they are making me call customer service and argue my case. I have been a long-time customer, but their unhelpful staff has driven me away. It was only ₹[redacted], but I will not risk shopping with them again. Their indifference to my future purchases is disheartening.
