Myntra doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-venuchan will need to dig through the advice provided by Myntra, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. PO NO: *******-*******-********Hello,**. I would like to strongly lodge a complaint in lieu of above mentioned PO**. After having received the message along with the details of the delivery person we tried to reach number of times on his mobile but to no success neither he cared to call back.**. Surprisingly, we received the message that said order is cancelled and refund process is initiated.**. We were told very clearly that the delivery attempt is done thrice and then only the cancellation process is initiated but in this case it is not done.**. It is generally felt that the delivery person is rude and does not understand Hindi or English other than regional language which makes both the parties to understand each other.**. Why the customer is not informed before the cancellation and refund process is initiated?**. Lastly, I would request you to make necessary arrangements to despatch the said order and let me know the status urgently.**Regards*Venu Chand****-**********
