Order No: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] I placed my order on October 9, [redacted], and completed the payment via Netbanking. After waiting for a week, I was surprised to find out my order had been canceled without any notification. It's disappointing that they didn't inform me promptly if the product was unavailable. This caused me to miss out on purchasing the item elsewhere as it is now out of stock. I've seen the product available on other platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. If the cancellation had been communicated earlier, I could have made the purchase elsewhere. This has been a frustrating experience with Myntra.

I recently purchased Roadster shoes on Myntra, but the product condition was not satisfactory, so I returned it and placed a new order the same day on cash on delivery. However, I received credit for the returned product instead of a refund. I ended up paying twice for the same product, and now I am facing the issue that the Myntra credit cannot be transferred to my bank account. This was my first time ordering from Myntra, and it has been the worst online shopping experience I've had so far. I just want the credit for the product to be transferred to my bank account. If it is not possible, I will be extremely dissatisfied. I hope you can resolve this matter promptly. If not, I may have to reconsider shopping on Myntra in the future. I purchased a Gerua kurti on October 10, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of October 16, [redacted]. The delivery arrived early on Sunday to my office address, but since my office is closed on Sundays, I requested the delivery to be postponed to the next working day. Regrettably, the delivery man gave my order to someone else, and I received a message notifying me of the delivery. I contacted the delivery person, expressing my concern about the error, and he assured me he would rectify the mistake. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to reach the delivery boy, and the customer service helpline at Myntra is not providing adequate assistance. I purchased a pair of Mast and Harbour Loafers for Rs.[redacted].42 in February [redacted] but only started using them in September. Within a month, the sole started breaking, making them uncomfortable to wear. I am disappointed by the poor quality of the product after only a few months of use. I hope you can address this and provide compensation as the product did not meet expectations for its price. I expect better from a company like Myntra and would appreciate either a refund or store credit to resolve this issue promptly. I submitted a return request about a week ago for a product, but despite receiving two emails confirming the executive would collect it, I never got a call. Now my return request has been declined, which is frustrating because it wasn't my fault. After trying to raise another return request, I'm being asked to courier the item back, which is inconvenient. I've had issues before with deliveries not being made after showing as out for delivery, and I insist the product be picked up from my place instead of me sending it through a courier. This repeated experience has led me to believe this will be my final order with Myntra. I truly hope the executive can come to my address promptly for the pick-up.

I have not installed the Myntra app on my mobile or made any orders, yet I receive daily calls and messages from your courier service about a delivery I did not place. It seems someone has used my contact number mistakenly. This situation is frustrating, and I urgently need you to address it. Please verify the contact numbers customers provide to prevent such errors. Kindly cease sending or receiving orders from the number ([redacted]) associated with the fake account that is wrongly using my contact information.

Hello, I have been a loyal customer of yours, but this time I am disappointed with the service. I placed an order for Diwali, but I have neither received the product nor a refund. I need assistance in receiving my order as the offer I was promised during shopping is not being honored. I have filed a complaint and have attached some images to show my regular patronage. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned offering me a discount coupon or reordering the product at the same price, but nothing has been done yet. This is not the first time such an issue has occurred. The delivery personnel seem to be lazy and provide incorrect information. I received the LinoPerros - Lisa Haydon Off-White handbag I ordered on November 20, [redacted], but sadly, it arrived badly wrinkled and damaged, losing its shape. I kindly ask for an exchange with careful handling to avoid bending or folding it. It is important to me that the bag is filled with enough paper or stuffing to maintain its sturdiness. I appreciate when items are delivered in good condition, and I hope that the next bag won't lose its shape. Having seen Jabong's method of carefully packaging bags in boxes with enough support, I hope a similar approach can be taken to ensure the bag reaches me in perfect condition this time. Dear Sir, I placed an order for the "Adidas Men Black Essentials SJ Track" track pant on November 20, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. On November 24, [redacted], I received a notification that my Myntra order items were out for delivery. A message from a delivery agent named Deepak Kumar ([redacted]) stated that the package, including an Adidas Track Pant, would arrive that day. However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find a torn and dirty Nike Track Pant instead. Despite my attempts to contact the delivery person, there was no response. When another delivery person came for the pickup, they refused to take back the incorrect item, causing distress. This situation is an evident case of dishonesty and mistreatment. I urge for a prompt resolution to this issue and for strict actions to be taken against the responsible parties to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I request a swift response from your team, or I will be compelled to report this incident to the authorities.

I ordered a product from Myntra with the delivery date set for Wednesday, December 5th. There was a minor error in my address as my phone autocorrected Bihar to Bangalore. Despite providing the correct pin code, the order could not be delivered as a result. I tried to rectify the issue but received no updates unless I called for information. The item I wanted is now out of stock. I kindly request assistance in ensuring that the same package is resent to the correct address. I need to address an issue with the delivery agent PAPU STR ([redacted]) who was supposed to deliver my package on 03.12.[redacted] but failed to contact me yesterday and today. I contacted him recently. Last time he delivered products, his behavior was unsatisfactory as he talked roughly to my sister. Can I personally collect my package from Myntra instead? The delivery agent's attitude is a concern as it reflects poorly on Myntra and may drive customers away. He seemed unconcerned and even said, "go talk to Myntra, I don't care" before hanging up.

I ordered a shirt on September 12, [redacted], with an estimated delivery date of September 12, [redacted]. Today is September 16, [redacted], and I have yet to receive my order. The tracking information only shows that the shirt is packed, with no further updates since. I made the payment in advance, so I am getting worried. I am disappointed with the service provided by Myntra. I have been waiting for a refund on two products I returned. The first order ID is ([redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) for a Men's red & charcoal grey pullover, paid for with my debit card. The refund was due by the 25th of November, but I have not received it in my HDFC bank account. The second order ID is ([redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) for the same product, also paid for with cash on delivery. It has been a month since I returned the items and I am still waiting for my refund. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed in Myntra's behavior. I have lost my trust in this online shopping platform and will not be making any future purchases. I will also be advising my family, friends, and followers to stop using this app. Due to not being able to access my old account, I am unable to see any emails regarding this matter.

Surprisingly, I later received a message stating that my order was cancelled and a refund was initiated. I was under the impression that an order is only cancelled after three failed delivery attempts, which was not the case in this situation. Additionally, the lack of communication and language barrier with the delivery person has made the situation more challenging. I am concerned about the lack of prior notification before the cancellation and refund process took place. Hello, it's Anindya Sen. I ordered three products on December 19th, but as of December 27th, I still haven't received them even after making an online payment. I was contacted by your service provider, Ecom services, who called me every morning asking for my address but couldn't deliver the products. There was a slight mistake in my address; I mistakenly inputted Kol-[redacted] instead of Kol-[redacted]. Despite speaking with one of your executives to rectify this, my products have not arrived. Sadly, the customer service provided by Myntra has been very disappointing and frustrating. I urgently request either delivery of my products within 24 hours or a refund within the same timeframe. I am deeply dissatisfied with the whole buying experience from Myntra, and at this point, I want to cancel my order and receive a refund promptly. I have been unable to reach your customer care representatives for assistance.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to inform you that I received a package dated 26-12-18 containing a Mast Harber brand bomber jacket in large size that I had ordered. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find a different brand and jacket than the one I ordered for Rs. [redacted] through cash on delivery. I tried contacting the delivery boy, but his number was unreachable. I initiated a return request, and today the pickup was scheduled, but your personnel refused to take the return, advising me to get the return approved by customer care. I have tried contacting customer care multiple times, but the line is always busy or there is no response to the call-back option. Hello, I wanted to inform you that on 23 Dec [redacted], I ordered a women's black ribbed pullover in size XL with Order No. [redacted][redacted]3. However, upon receiving the item on 27 Dec [redacted], I discovered that the item delivered was completely different from what I had ordered. I immediately requested an exchange on the same day. Today, the delivery person came for the exchange, but he refused to proceed, stating that the product did not match the ordered one. This was my exact concern as the product received was not the one I had ordered. The manner in which the delivery person addressed the situation was disappointing. It is impossible for me to return the wrong product received and I kindly request you to either deliver the correct product promptly or refund the amount paid for the item. Hello Myntra, I placed an order for 2 unisex purple Mimik medium trolleys on December 22nd with order ID [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and I paid Rs. [redacted].60 for both. However, due to quality issues, one trolley was canceled, and I only received a refund of Rs. [redacted].80 for one of the bags. I have not received the refund for the other trolley bag. When can I expect the refund for the second bag, which amounts to Rs. [redacted].80? Please process my refund at your earliest convenience. I have been trying to reach your helpline since this morning, but I have been unable to connect. It seems out of reach each time. I returned the product to Ekart Logistics, but they lost it and wrongly canceled my return request, alleging I wanted to keep it. Despite assurances from an executive to resolve the issue, I have not received any updates. Today, I was surprised to learn that my complaint was closed. I am extremely disappointed that my concerns were overlooked in favor of the logistics company. It seems you prioritize couriers over customers. You seem to think I only want the refund of [redacted] rupees. I have been a loyal shopper on Myntra, but now I doubt the level of support provided as you closed my complaint without resolution. The absence of a return slip has left me without any proof. I feel let down and disheartened. This experience will make me hesitate before making future purchases on Myntra.
