I did not authorize any charges from my Cash App card for my Life.com account. Several unauthorized transactions were made, and I need a refund for all of them. I am having trouble deleting my profile. It seems that more people have viewed my profile, and I am being prompted to pay to see their identities. Deleting a profile should not be this complicated. The man who assaulted me matches the description of one of the profile viewers. It is essential that my profile is removed promptly. Please delete my profile by Friday, December 6th. Thank you, K.S.

I was charged $19.99 today after having a 3-day trial from a $1 trial. I was planning to cancel this morning before the charge went through at 7 pm. The charge left me with only $6 in my account. Additionally, $27 was taken out a week ago, and I no longer wish to have a membership on mylife.com. Please refund both charges as soon as possible since I live on a fixed income. Cancel my monthly subscription immediately. I do not authorize any further deductions from my account.

I am disappointed with the service provided. The search results were extremely limited, and even after providing detailed information about individuals, no relevant results were found. The request for additional payment for more information about myself was frustrating, especially considering the lack of results for others. I can easily obtain more data through a simple Google search for free. It feels like a waste of money and borderline unethical. I am requesting a complete refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

This is Dorothy Haslop, and I realized there is a lot of incorrect information about me that I need to address. I've never been involved in any sexual offenses. I haven't been arrested before except for one incident which was dismissed, and the other charge was wrongly attributed to me leading to financial losses. I believe I'm owed compensation by the Ohio criminal court system. My financial troubles stem from assisting a friend and being deceived by a previous acquaintance who took advantage of me financially. I've been a victim of fraud multiple times, including unauthorized credit card charges. I only acknowledge debts to Capital One and some of Chase Card. My health issues are making it difficult to cope with these financial burdens, and I may have to consider bankruptcy soon. I feel mistreated by the system and hope for a resolution.

There is an individual who is inserting inappropriate language in the summary section of Democratic celebrities and politicians' pages. I am unsure how this is bypassing the filter while I cannot. If any of the mentioned Democrats were to see this, they would likely be displeased with allowing such language on their page. In light of the current political climate, it would be advisable to promptly remove the pages of the individuals listed: Oprah Winfrey, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Maxine Waters, Elizabeth Warren, Joseph Biden, Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, George Clooney, Adam Schiff, Jerrold Nadler, Wolf Blitzer, Elijah Cummings, Rachel Maddow, Mika Brzezinski, Jimmy Kimmel, Tom Hanks, and Anderson Cooper.

On February 9, [redacted], I requested that MyLife remove my profile, as well as my husband's and one of our sons', due to safety concerns. After being advised by the police to remove our information from search engines, I reached out to MyLife via email, along with my husband and son, as well as my other children. Despite following their instructions from emails received, we have been unsuccessful in deleting our profiles. Phone calls to them have also been unsuccessful. This situation is urgent as a threat has been made against me, and I fear for my safety and my family's. I have successfully had our information removed from other search engines, but MyLife has been uncooperative. Please assist in removing our details from MyLife. Thank you for your help. - Daria Romer

On March 20, [redacted], I noticed an unauthorized charge of $64.95 from My Life on my bank statement for a subscription I never signed up for. I received an email alleging derogatory information on my profile and clicked on it, enrolling in a $1.00 trial. Attempting to contact My Life about the charge resulted in being repeatedly placed on hold, reaching as close as caller number 2 before being disconnected. Recognizing the issue, I contacted my bank but due to the closure of the lobby amid the current situation, resolving the matter in person is challenging. I signed up for a 3-day trial but was charged for a full membership two days in. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service by phone and email, I couldn't resolve the issue. When I finally spoke with someone, they claimed they hadn't received any funds from me for the $1 free trial or the full membership, but my bank statements show otherwise. I ended up in overdraft because of this. I told the customer service representative I never approved the membership and requested to cancel it along with the automatic renewal. My bank has blocked any more charges from this company and is looking into disputing the charges, but they initially denied it because the company did take the money. I need help getting the refund I've been asking for from the beginning.
