I signed up for their $1 trial for a week. When I tried to access my daughter's report, I declined the $14.95 option but it still generated the report. Despite reaching out via email multiple times with no reply, and calling their customer service, I faced challenges. The representative claimed my phone had static, which I found odd as others didn't mention it. After explaining the issue to another representative, they insisted I had requested the report. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but when given a number to call back, the line disconnected each time I tried. As someone on disability, I can't afford these additional charges. I wanted to inquire about a person named Robert Greenman or Bob Greenman. While searching for information, I somehow landed on your website. It seemed like the site requested my email address for company information. However, I noticed that Robert or Bob Greenman, aged 77 in Fort Worth, Texas, had an account linked to my email address, [redacted] I do not want my email associated with his account or for him to know I looked it up. I attempted a background search on a person named "Joellyn LaClair." To pay, I chose the 6-month option priced at $4.95 per month. After entering my credit card information, I discovered I was charged for a 1-year subscription totaling $59.XX with no confirmation step. I did not receive the background report but was redirected back to my profile as "Mary Ellen Jazwin." When contacting MYLIFE customer service, the representative abruptly ended the call. I reported the incident as fraud to my credit card company. Despite an email congratulating me, I do not wish to be associated with MYLIFE. I demand the immediate reversal of the charge. I have used MYLIFE's background search service in the past without issue. This experience amounts to fraud, with unauthorized charges, lack of service, and a billing error causing a significant waste of my time. I am seeking to address a website glitch issue. On July 6, [redacted], I inadvertently got enrolled in two memberships on the same day while signing up for a trial subscription to your service. Although I agreed to a $1 payment for the trial, I noticed that I was charged twice on my PayPal account by MyLife. Subsequently, I was charged $50.85 for three months and $14.95 for an additional month. Due to these discrepancies, I have decided to cancel both membership subscriptions with MyLife and request a refund for the $50.85 charge, as I did not authorize this payment. Although I recall seeing mention of the $14.95 charge, the $50.85 charge was unexpected and unauthorized. As a senior citizen experiencing hearing difficulties, I would prefer to resolve this matter through email communication rather than over the phone. I value prompt attention to this issue to avoid escalating it further.

I attempted to cancel the $1.00 trial membership, but I was unexpectedly charged $[redacted].40 on my Discover card. Despite being assured twice that I would get a refund within two to three business days, four days have passed, and I have not received the refund. I was advised not to involve Discover in a dispute, but given the situation, I may have to reach out to them. Any other suggestions?

I am seeking a full refund of $47 and some cents from my recent purchase. I used your service for only one day and attempted to cancel, but your limited customer service hours made it impossible to do so. I reviewed the information about my family and discovered an error regarding myself and two mistakes about my wife. Regarding myself, my relative Margaret passed away approximately 10 years ago at the Palm Beach Gardens Hospital at the age of 93. Concerning my wife Kathleen, she is not related to my late first wife Joyce Brockelbank, who passed away about 8 years ago in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, at around 72 years old. Our next-door neighbor for the past 20 years has been Robert Demers. We do not have a relationship with him. My wife has several other relatives: Scott Jordan from West Palm Beach, FL; Edward Jordan from Eureka Springs, AR; Peggy Jordan from Brooksville, FL; Betty Jordan from Jacksonville, FL; and Jill Jordan from Jacksonville, FL. Please verify the details. Robert Demers is not a friend, just an acquaintance. The correct names are Kenny Jordan from FL, David Jordan from FL, and Roger Jordan from PA.

I only signed up for a 2-week trial and did not authorize any additional subscriptions. Today, my bank's fraud department alerted me that a $59.95 membership charge was attempted on my account. When I contacted the company, they advised me to reach out to My Life's customer support. My call to My Life confirmed no charges on my account, and they requested proof of the charge via email for further investigation. The pending fee will potentially be deducted in 3 days unless I can stop it.

I recently canceled my free trial, albeit slightly late, and was charged $19.95 last month. I was assured that my membership was successfully canceled, no more payments would be withdrawn from my account. However, after reviewing my bank statement, I noticed another $19.95 charge from your company. I want the last payment refunded as I shouldn't have been charged since I canceled weeks ago. I need to ensure no future charges occur as the membership didn't provide me with the information I needed. Despite canceling close to a month ago and being informed no further charges would be made, I have been charged again. I found the MyLife website experience to be unpleasant. After trying a $1.00 free trial and canceling, I have been bombarded with emails from MyLife urging me to resubscribe. They claim I have damaging associates, but I don't care about their reputation score or rating system. The idea that my neighbors' information could impact me negatively is absurd. My elderly neighbor even finds their data laughable. Bogus reputation scores and data exposure attempts by MyLife are not something I want to deal with.

The GetHuman website has Just Ask links throughout the page, causing chat sessions to start due to my Macbook's mouse-over auto-click feature. I will be cautious not to hover over those areas. After deleting my profile from MyLife.com, I experienced some curious issues. Clicking on my Facebook bookmark led to a broken link or removed page. Another bookmark showed a Facebook page with a dialog box suggesting I sign in or create an account, displaying a profile picture from a comic strip and unrelated content. This interference from MyLife.com has affected how I access my Facebook pages without authorization. GetHuman does not seem to grasp the problem caused by MyLife.com deleting my profile. Now, there is a sponsored ad on my Facebook page from MyLife emphasizing the importance of their reputation score, misguiding users to believe it is a credit score service. This situation reflects poorly on GetHuman, and I urge them to understand the impact better.

I recently received an email alerting me about potential misuse of my personal information. Having experienced being hacked multiple times this year, I decided to pay $1.00 for a 7-day trial on your site and opted for the 1-month subscription at $18.50. However, when I logged in, I was surprised to see a Kathleen Knapp from Pennsylvania instead of myself. All of her information was displayed. I now seem to have unwittingly created 2 accounts, with one being active for the other Kathleen Knapp. After paying for the trial, I expected not to be charged until October 8 because I thought I had 7 days. To my dismay, $83.40 was debited from my bank account. The concept of a trial is to test a new product for suitability or performance, but I was not given that opportunity. The mix-up with the other Kathleen Knapp is concerning as her personal information was displayed without my input. I now have 2 accounts and urgently seek a resolution, including a refund of $83.40. I would like this matter addressed promptly, with confirmation by the end of today, October 3, [redacted], by 5 PM, which is the close of both our business days.

This appears to be a typo of my name and old Manhattan address, affecting our bankruptcy record. 2. Delete JAMES PEDERSEN from Circle Pines, MN. He is not a relative, and I previously reported this error. The only Jim Pedersen I knew passed away at age 16 many years ago. 3. Delete NICOLE SURPRENANT from 1 Oxford Dr Apt 4, Latham, NY, under neighbors. She has been using our address erroneously.
