My debit card was DOUBLE CHARGED for a membership that I opened by paying $*.** for a FREE * DAY TRIAL, then IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED after first use because I did not like the service. The first charge was reversed but the company is REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE SECOND CHARGE CLAIMING IT IS NOT SHOWING UP ON THEIR RECORDS. I HAVE TAKEN A SCREENSHOT OF MY CARD ACTIVITY STATEMENT AND AM INCLUDING IT IN THIS STATEMENT. U can CLEARLY SEE THE SECOND CHARGE, STILL PENDING ON MY ACCOUNT AS A NEGATIVE AND IS COMPLETELY SEPERATE FROM BOTH THE ORIGINAL CHARGE AND THE CREDIT AFTER THE REVERSAL OF THE ORIGINAL CHARGE. I WANT THIS SECOND CHARGE ALSO REVERSED IMMEDIATELY. I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT PAYING $** FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT LIKE OR USE!!
