I also contacted the Manatee County Police Department to file a report. It is crucial to rectify this issue promptly as it could impact my future clearances and my son's as well. I am deeply concerned about how someone could exploit this site in such a manner. Please remove all details related to my name from your social media platform. It is essential to trace and provide information on the creation date and origin of the email used for this account. Please safeguard my base access and my son's. I urge you to prevent any further posting of my personal information and address any false data before taking it down. I have no criminal record, and I am unfamiliar with the majority of individuals listed on this site.

I have reviewed my report, and it is entirely incorrect. I am extremely upset to find this false information about me online. I demand its immediate removal or I will involve my lawyer. The report asserts that I have criminal records and arrests, which is untrue as I have never committed a crime or been arrested. It also mentions lawsuits, liens, and bankruptcy, none of which have ever been part of my life. Furthermore, it inaccurately lists all my relatives as having criminal records. Even my 83-year-old mother, who has never even had a speeding ticket, is tagged with a criminal record. In addition, the report incorrectly identifies people as my relatives. It appears that I need to seek legal action for slander and false reporting. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone by phone as the wait time keeps increasing while I am on hold. I am exhausted from making numerous calls. You claim the issues are resolved, but that is not accurate.

I mistakenly accessed my account instead of signing into a different one. I would like to cancel this service immediately and receive a refund to my bank account. I tried calling twice, spending over an hour on the phone, only to be disconnected before speaking with anyone. I am disappointed by this experience and am reevaluating my opinion of your company. I've had 4 near-death experiences this past year, which impacted my ability to manage my finances due to a chronic illness since age 12. I have no criminal record and the negative inquiries on my Equifax report are not due to any wrongdoing. I initially signed up for just one month of service, but I am still being charged monthly without my authorization. Every time I call your customer service numbers, I get disconnected after waiting more than 20 minutes on hold. This seems to be a common issue based on what I've read on blogs. I find this to be fraudulent and demand an immediate stop to charging my card. I insist on being reimbursed for the two additional unauthorized months of charges. Being deaf, I am unable to call for help and would appreciate assistance via email. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed two charges from mylife.com for $83.40 each. I contacted customer service, and was informed that only one charge appeared on their end. However, my statement clearly shows two charges. I was advised to reach out to mylife member services to resolve this issue.
