I am would like to request for you to disable automatic renewal for my account. I only wanted a *-Day trial but I got charged for $**.** on my Visa card ****************. Expiration date ** ***, security code on back of card ***. I signed up for the * day trial for a $*.** today November **th, and I looked at my bank account online and $**.** was taking out of my account. I would appreciate it if you deactivated my account and cancel my automatic renewal. I would like to get this matter settled ASAP so my bank account will not go in the negative.
